We came to rest with two children, so that the rest was more comfortable, we ordered two rooms from the tour operator, one for adults and the second for children. And so: The first impression of the hotel was good. A huge hall, beautiful lighting, sofas for relaxing, marble tables for drinks, friendly Arabs. . . When you check into a hotel at the reception, we ask for rooms with a view of the pool and the sea.
In general, I was satisfied with everything! We were initially given a room that we didn't like. Our request to change the room was responded to without any problems and throughout the rest we enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony of the room to the pools and all kinds of green areas of the hotel. The hotel is huge, 90% of the rooms overlook the sea and the interior of the hotel,
good room service, cleaning overall good. We changed the bed and towels frequently. The floors were not washed. Water, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar - everything was delivered without reminders.

The food is varied, the cuisine is delicious, the chef himself brings tourists to dinner, it's nice!! ! FRUITS - melon (tasteless), pomegranate, orange, tangerine, guava, dates.
all kinds of animators The territory is large, green, a lot of entertainment for children - a zoo, slides, playgrounds-paradise! There is also a club! In the evenings, a mini disco, and later a disco for adults, a tennis court, a gym, a disco (every day there was -program), ! I am delighted with the animation !!!! ! Guys are masters of their craft)))) You won’t be bored ! ! During the day, various entertainments for both children and adults !!! ! Shows, karaoke, disco in the evenings ! ! An important point for those who go there for the first time. As usual, on the second day, brainwashing that you can’t go on any excursions without a tour operator, they say they will deceive you, rob you and the insurance doesn’t work . . we went ready and already agreed on excursions with a wonderful person, who organized everything and 3 times cheaper)). Were on the Pyramids, in Luxor and motorcycle safari . . )

cons - the beach is shallow, to go far to the depth. the neighboring hotel is more fortunate, they have a long pier. There is no reef at the hotel, you should not expect a rich underwater world. Also, the hotel is far from the center, there is nowhere to go beyond.
