Good afternoon just returned from Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park 5*.
I would like to note that the territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-groomed, the water park is brand new, there are many slides, the food at the hotel is quite good (I don’t know why in previous reviews they write that everything is bad), well, no seafood, crabs and lobsters... but this understandable... after all, the price category of the hotel is from another "opera" of five stars. There is always meat and fish, vegetables and fruits, and in sufficient quantities (despite the activity of tourists from China). The sea is certainly shallow, you have to walk long enough to swim, but now they are building a pontoon, so the problem is being solved. We got a very good room, the cleaning is excellent, regardless of the dollar left; ))
But in a barrel of honey, as always, there is a fly in the ointment - this is always rudeness in almost all bars... (well, or as they call it - "flirting"). As it turned out, only girls who have a rest without men receive such an honor, as it turned out, a completely different attitude towards couples. It seems that I ask the bartender to pour something for me in his personal home bar... and after greasy jokes, they can still deign to "TREAT" you to "THEIR" well, with a great favor. My friend and I were indignant among ourselves (I just had no idea who to go to with such a problem), but at the end of the holiday, the hotel administrator approached us, they turn out to be interviewing guests to find out about problems. Result: the bartender who was rude to me came up and apologized at the suggestion of the administrator. We were promised to conduct a training with the staff on this topic... therefore, I am writing a review for guests who will rest in the future - pay attention to whether the hotel administration fulfilled the promise, whether they reined in their bartenders!
