The flight back was delayed for 10 hours, they were not kicked out of the hotel, but at the reception they answered in a boorish way that the room for half an hour, which the hotel provides tourists with a flight delay (as the guide promised after arrival) would be given in the order of the queue, but she was already there, so how not only we flew away. that is, the hotel has one room for such "needs". Three years ago there were more of them... the desire to come again was completely beaten off.
