I can safely recommend Dana Beach. We were in this hotel in February. We really enjoyed. As noted above, it fits all the stated criteria. The beach is just huge. Heated swimming pools and unheated jacuzzis. Very interesting food concept. Ten minutes drive to the airport. Plus, as a feature of the hotel, a river flows through the territory, along which a boat runs from the reception to the beach. In the evening, the river is illuminated in different colors. There are a lot of fish in the river, it's cool to watch from the bridges. The territory is quite green and well-groomed.

Dana Beach has the same food every day. No variety. The sea has daily low tides. We went to the pier to swim. We stayed at the end of February beginning of March. Cool beach and sea in Sindbad. There were 2 times. This year we regretted that we didn’t go there again, but went to Dana Beach
