No hotel card. No free internet except in the lobby and that's good quality. There is no depth at the entrance to the sea, you have to walk about 20 meters, then you can swim. There are almost no Ukrainians, Russians, mostly Arabs and Europeans. There is no too intrusive "vparivanie" excursions.
There is no high-quality alcohol, although Ultra AI was indicated when booking the tour.

We planned to go to the nearby Arabesque hotel, but it turned out that my daughter's passport was valid for less than 5 months, and with it we could only travel through Joinup, they seemed to take up to 3 months. In principle, PCR did not agree anywhere. After arriving in Hurghada, at the exit from the plane, they looked at the certificates, did not scan them. And so it happened, by one o'clock we were already in our room. We settled in room No. 5214, we got it with a fairly recent renovation, probably this building as a whole has been renovated. They delivered another bed without any problems. The room is spacious, the terrace overlooking the sunny side, but the direct sun does not enter the room. They immediately asked for a second card in order to leave the air conditioner in the room on the day, no problem.
They cleaned the room every other day. To the sea a leisurely walk 5 min. And the main restaurant is also up to 5min.
The territory is designed so that you can walk in the shade from the sun between the buildings or the alley along the neighboring hotel, which was very pleasing at lunchtime.
The next day there was a mandatory meeting with the guide, they told us on the bus that no matter how you come to the meeting, they may not provide information about the return flight. At our hotel, at a depth of 1.5-2 meters, they saw a poisonous lion fish, it’s good that we swim with masks and swam away from there right away, but it’s so dangerous if you don’t see what’s under the water.

We rested in prima life from 03.04 to 10.04. We arrived at 8, we were sent for breakfast and checked in at 10:30, a room overlooking the wall of a neighboring hotel. The furniture in the room is not new, but we only slept there, the atmosphere is still cozy. Large shower room, packed towels, bed in spools, but when they changed it was normal, then how lucky. Large balcony. The room has a safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning. WiFi is free only in the lobby, but very slow.
There are a lot of staff in the restaurant and on the beach, dirty plates are removed immediately, packed appliances are brought in, tables are disinfected after each one. The beach and grounds are washed and cleaned every morning. By the way, the territory is not big, you can’t walk around, but if you really want to, you can go along the beach and see other hotels (some of them do not work, but no one kicks you out).
Cleaning in the room every other day, we got a nice cleaner, we left a tip on departure.

The hotel itself is beautiful, green, everything is blooming. Every day I clean, cut, water. All are polite. All employees are wearing masks. There are no complaints.
We didn’t swim in the pools, they were cold (. Although they were cleaned every day. Only on the third day we were told that the children’s pool was heated. And even then it’s better after dinner. I wouldn’t say that there is straight water milk. you go out and the cold wind blows in. But the child was allowed in a couple of times, the pool is 50 cm. And there is a slide.
Beach. stunned. Sunset is excellent (small). Sand. If you want to see corals, then you literally walk to the buoys. The water was cold. At lunchtime, the sand heated up, and it was even hot on the feet. In the morning I got up earlier, went to take sunbeds. There are enough of them, even if you come later, but if you go on the fence and go straight, then there are speakers that are very loud, and I occupied to the right, to the right and closer to the sea. By lunchtime, the tide is out, you can see it right.
There is a great animation of the three guys on the beach. And latin, and yoga, and aerobics in the sea. Guys are great.
Food. The chefs themselves pour it, all behind glass. You point to a dish and they lay it down. If you need more, say more, they understand everything. There was a children's menu. I only took tomatoes there so as not to stand in the general queue. They didn't leave hungry. In the morning everyone really liked pancakes with chocolate. Then we moved on to the omelet. A couple of days would eat on the beach. But then they still went to a restaurant, there were fewer people. On the beach at lunchtime, very tasty white-chocolate ice cream, and a day later some kind of fruit, for me it is very sweet and sweet.
Room cleaning. We were removed in 6 days once. Our friends in a day. Why didn’t we delve into it so much, because. they clean at lunchtime, and we have a baby sleeping. We didn't worry too much.

Every day he took into account the wishes regarding the preparation of food for the child, by the way, knowledge of English is very welcome, since the staff does not all know Russian / Ukrainian. As for the food itself, everything is simple, edible, not a very large selection, but delicious! Fruits are seasonal. There is one minus the playground is closed, it is not very convenient and not very clear.

We already rested in this hotel in the spring of the 20th, maybe that's why we were settled immediately in a chic room on the first floor with a view of the sea and sun loungers on the seashore, with access to the grass and flower bushes, the little one ran all day on it from the very morning . The room is cleaned every two days due to the crisis, probably, but everything suited us. The mattresses are not great, everything else is ok. They took a raptor from mosquitoes with them, they did not regret it, there were mosquitoes.

The guide brought us a pillow at the end of our stay. Everyone is very honest and I have never heard of theft. The neighboring hotel Arabesque has a good restaurant right next to our beach with torches and live music - I advise you to spend your evenings like this for an extra charge. money. And there are ATVs 2 hours $20 with a stop at Blue Lagoon along the seashore.
