Good day! We rested for the second time in February 2021. With the privilege of a plate of fruit, put on white bracelets (allow alcohol up to 24 hours instead of 23 hours), offered to replace the room with a better one after renovation with sea views (we refused because it was smaller and we 4) and we stayed in the old room without repair, but everything worked and we were satisfied with the first floor. This hotel has a very good staff who listens to their guests and does everything possible for a comfortable stay. If you have any problems, I advise you to contact Mohamed SOBHY (he is a senior there) to always help guests. We are not very picky tourists, but we really appreciate the delicious food, good service and wonderful sea with a reef (for Hurghada it is a rarity) so in Stella we really like it and come back again, although the skin needs.
