We really enjoyed this hotel! In order.
Arrived with anex, as always, the accompaniment was at the highest level. On arrival at the hotel we were immediately fed and placed in the room, despite the fact that it was not yet 10:00 am. The furniture is not very new, but clean and tidy. There are no complaints about bedding and towels, as well as cleaning.
Nutrition. The cleanliness of cooking and dishes for Egypt is 5. There is always a chef in the hall. Asks if you like the food. I would like to express my gratitude to him for such a wonderful job. Very varied dishes from soups to sweets, seafood, pastries, fruits. I also really liked the Ala Card restaurants. Waiters, management. Wherever we crossed paths with them, they always smiled, asked if everything was fine and if we needed anything else. Very high level of preparation. The waiters are very good, constantly energetic, enterprising, with a good sense of humor and a sincere smile: the children were entertained, they talked to us.
The entrance to the sea is good: sand. The kids are good at playing. On the left there is a reef with fish. Plenty of pools and water park very clean.
I would like to talk about animation separately. The guys are doing great. Every person was given attention. Always positive and cheerful. We often wondered how they could keep up with such a pace. In other hotels and half there is no such activity of animators. Every day they surprised me with something new, very professional work. The guys even came to see us off on the day of departure!! ! Very nice. Because of the animation, I want to come back again and again.
