Тихий ужас!! Quiet horror!!

We came to rest in Tia Heights Makadi Bay 5 * 2 adults + 2 children (5 years and 11 years old) Dates 07/15/2017-07/29/2017. This is not the first time in Egypt, but we have not seen such horror yet.
We arrived at night, the first thing that asked for in the eye was the dirty glass windows at the reception. (this is not a big problem) They gave 20 dollars to give a normal room. ))) We were put in room 8401 near the water park (barn). We were the 4th, there were 3 beds, there was no drinking water, the room itself was dirty, hair on the bed, a broken mirror, the bathroom was dirty, that we were afraid to take a shower, at night the light turned off 3 times, and the air conditioner too.
In the morning, we went to a restaurant.... which is located near the water park. When we entered. . . I don't know what it smelled like, but the smell is disgusting, and a lot of local Egyptians and we alone with white faces. . The tables are sticky, (they are scared to touch) plastic cups. And we realized that we could not survive there for two weeks.

In general, we met with the tour leader at lunchtime and
changed the hotel... But that's another story
The only good thing is the beach.
