No wifi. Don't hope. :-) I didn't take the Egyptian Sim card. Once I took it earlier - it didn’t grow together. Nobody could explain why it didn't work. I took roaming in Ukraine. In my 300 UAH for 7 days. I do not remember exactly. Enough to upload small videos to FB every day

Egyptian Sims have a lifespan of about 2 months, then they die. In my opinion, you need a passport when you buy them (at official points) ... they don’t seem to sell them at the a / port of Mars, because as an option you need to buy them (order by friends to buy) in Sharm / Hurghada, and then within up to 2 months to go to Marsa in Wadi Lahmy ;)

Good afternoon. We returned from this hotel a month ago. Wi-fi in the hotel is paid, as well as alcohol and everything else. At the airport of Mars, they tried to take a SIM card, but after the purchase they asked to install and configure it, to which the seller replied that the SIM card would be active in 2 hours and he had no replacement devices, we refused. Only Elisalat is offered at the airport. We refused, because without SIM settings it's dumb, everything is in Arabic and bad reviews for this operator. On the way to Walmi, we asked the driver to stop by the city of Marsa Alam, where we bought an Orange SIM card for $15.20 gig. And Mango. Internet is excellent + you can call local numbers unlimitedly.
