Thanks to this hotel, my wife and daughter (they are the first time in Egypt) fell in love with Hurghada in November. I was before. The sea is simply amazing, sunset, cleanliness. Nutrition includes everything necessary for the nutrition of an ordinary person. The hotel is without frills, there are problems with furniture, plumbing, but this has not bothered us for a long time on vacation. You know, who rested with jellyfish in Berdyansk, they will understand that the sea is warm, clean, the Red Sea is super. According to the tour operator Joyne Up, a separate conversation, we were not on the list, we checked into the room 3 times in 7 days, nerves, rest were spoiled, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Joint Up and host SUN INT have misunderstandings either between themselves or with the hotel, I don't know. But I definitely do not recommend these tour operators.
I want to add. It is necessary to supplement on the beach both umbrellas and sun loungers, there is a big shortage when filling the hotel. Traditionally, in the morning, towels, both people and the beach employees themselves, take their places. Then the employee sells the place to the coming Germans this deck chair))) Business, of course... ))) The pool in November is cold, very cold. It might as well be warmed up. It's good that the sea is warm. Reception, staff, kitchen are all great, they try. Alcohol at the bars is digestible (rum, whiskey, beer), of course not branded, but in other hotels it's terrible.
