The hotel is new, nice, the rooms are excellent (7th time in Egypt, there is something to compare), beds 2 in the room, big enough to sleep with a small child. All rooms have plasma, safe, minibar, balcony with table and chairs, those rooms that overlook the construction site still have a sea view. Not noisy as the construction site is far away. Cleaned regularly, any request for extra towels or a change of pillow was dealt with very quickly. All the staff at the reception, and the cleaners and in the restaurant are trying very hard. Many times they came up and asked if everything was in order with the rooms, in the pool, in the spa, in the restaurant, etc. Everywhere is clean and tidy. They keep order both on the territory and in the hotel. They ask if everything is delicious, like it or not. The waiters escort you to the table, bring plates, immediately bring drinks. For a small tip, the next time you come for you, they will fix the same table and immediately put the drinks that you drank before. There is a lot of food, all of very good quality, not very salty, not spicy. During our 10 days there was everything: duck, turkey, beef, lamb, chicken, different fish, shrimp, crabs, squid, seafood salads, all kinds of snacks, desserts, fruits. Every time something was fried on the grill, next to it there is a separate table with pasta, where they will cook it for you with various additives to your taste. In my practice, it was the best food of all the hotels in Egypt where I was. A 4-year-old child ate everything from the common table (although there is also a children's corner with two dishes that changed all the time), and never had any allergies or stomach upset. The pastries and desserts are amazing!! ! There are always 2 soups, 2 cereals, several kinds of milk for breakfast.
The hotel area is small, green, very well maintained, the pool is very beautiful multi-level with Jacuzzi, sunbeds in the water and other gadgets. Near the pool every day from 15-17 free ice cream. There is a children's pool, a small playground, but we did not go there, since the main pool has 2 compartments where the depth is chest-deep and the water is warm. Lovely promenade where you can ride bikes (2 hours from the hotel for free), a 10-car golf cart runs to the end of the promenade and back for $5.15 minutes on it and you will reach the fountain area, where you can walk, go to shops, take beautiful photos. Every day at 19-15 a free bus departs from the hotel (you need to sign up for it 1 day in advance) to the center of Hurghada) and returns at 22-00.
