Terrible hotel. The rooms are dusty and not cleaned before check-in. They ordered a room with a double bed for adults and a separate one for a child - they gave a room with two single beds and extorted money for changing the room, arguing that the hotel was packed to capacity, although in fact there were few vacationers (well, if a quarter is full). Everyone who writes that, well, we didn’t come to lie in the rooms, but to go to the sea - go ahead, sleep on the floor in the lobby! But seriously, then learn to respect yourself already - you paid money for a room in a four-star hotel, and you got a barn for animals.
One room key for the whole family, and I thought everyone had already learned to give keys according to the number of residents. There were three of us, for example, and each of us sometimes wanted to take a walk on his own, without being tied to a single key.
Wi-Fi is only sometimes and only in the lobby, the connection is of very poor quality. “We didn’t come to sit on the Internet” - yes, damn it, I myself will decide whether I should sit on the Internet or not, the Internet was declared at the hotel, so provide it. Especially when it gets dark at 5 pm and there is nothing to do.

The food is disgusting and even it is not always enough for everyone. What they feed there is just slop. Rotten fruits, bananas, which probably even animals would not eat. There are no juices - there is just diluted water with a dye. Tea is only the cheapest black. The promised cafes, which should be open between lunch and dinner, are just bars where there is no food. An hour before dinner, you can get a cutlet with a bun - that's all you can have a snack. This is really all-inclusive, in which you go hungry and lose weight during your vacation!
Dirty towels are given out on the beach, with which you have to walk all day later, because. they don’t recommend leaving it unattended, and if you hand it in before dinner, then they don’t want to give it out later. Is this your service?
During excursions with an early departure, the hotel gives out a “dry ration” - a few stale rolls and a tomato and cucumber. I remind you that this is a hotel that considers itself 4+.
We flew out on an evening flight, at 3 there was a check-out from the hotel, until 12 it was necessary to hand over the room. Representatives of the ANEX tour swore that they had agreed that from 12 to 3 we would be left with bracelets and allowed to go and have a bite to eat in the dining room (at least with buns with tea). The representative of the hotel began to shout that at 12 we are obliged to give the bracelets and everything else does not interest him. So from 12 to 3 just sat hungry in the lobby. Damn, these freaks felt sorry for one extra meal of their disgusting food! Saved money, folks! More neither my family nor my friends in this hotel nor foot!
