the agency assured that the hotel is chic. rested in Egypt 2 times and were very disappointed. We are not picky people, but I did not expect such horror. The room was not cleaned at all. Dust lay on the furniture. Dirt in the dining room, birds were jumping on the plates, the food was sour. And the worst thing happened on the 3rd day, a wonderful diarrhea... which accompanied us all 10 days. After talking with other vacationers, we learned that almost everyone has diarrhea, and even animators. On the 5th day, the hotel was increasingly filled with Arabs, and as a result, there were very few of us left. The first vacation in which we counted the days until departure. From the hotel staff, we learned that the hotel is for sale, repairs are planned in November, and roughly speaking, everyone just scored on it and no order. The only thing not running is the garden. The garden was actually cleaner than the hotel.
