We flew together with a girl through JoinUp. The flight was at night. We were in the hotel lobby at 5 am, the transfer from the airport is fast. But here's a surprise - official check-in from 14, but the hotel "goes forward" and populates from 10.

Nothing to do, waited for breakfast and went to eat, of course, without bracelets. While we were picking up food, the managers came up twice and said that without bracelets - for a fee, 8-something dollars per person. I said OK and ignored the manager on the way out. After that, he came to the hall with another one and after I explained the situation with the expectation, they made us breakfast for free.

As a result, we were settled at 11 o'clock, that is, for 6 hours we just sat and waited in the hotel lobby.

Wi-fi is only available in the lobby, but it's good to have it at all. The Internet is weak - the viber does not work, the cart is normal.

Also in the lobby there is a grocery store with normal prices. A liter bottle of water - $ 1, Pepsi 0.3 - $ 1, red bull - $ 3. Prices are like in a supermarket.
The floor in the room is not very clean, there is dust behind the bedside table. Looks like vacuum cleaners don't work here at all.

In general, the room was not very clean. But there is a nice bonus: the cleaner lays out flower petals on the bed and makes hearts out of towels (but from those that hang in the bathroom). What a pity - there were no glasses in the room at all, only an ashtray. After each cleaning put 0.5 water per person. There is a safe, but I trusted the staff, and did not lose. The furniture in the room has seen the views, the wall lamps are stained with paint, as are the tiles.

There are no special complaints about the toilet. The towel rack began to fall off in the middle of the stay, but I put it back in place. The holder for toilet paper is very inconveniently located - the paper constantly falls off. But there is a bidet, a wide washbasin table, and a large mirror.

The room had air conditioning, which is very good, since the temperature outside is under 40 degrees.

The territory of the hotel is very large, beautiful and well-groomed.
Palm trees, a blooming garden, neatly trimmed bushes. This incredibly beautiful garden was visible from the balcony in the room.

The food, to be honest, is not very, although varied. I started having problems with digestion, but they are minor. You can eat everything, there are even several good dishes, but it is difficult to eat there for more than a week. The kitchen where they cook, as well as the dishes are not always clean. Once I saw a plate with a yellow spot on the distribution, it happened that in the hands the plate felt greasy.

At check out they gave a dry breakfast, but it's just ridiculous. A bottle of water, a pack of juice 200 ml, two sandwiches and a tangerine. At the same time, sandwiches are made from a hot dog bun, and there are either two thin pieces of sausage or two thin pieces of cheese. For a whole hot dog bun!

There is also a conditional Italian "restaurant", where you need to sign up in advance, choose one of four sets of dishes in advance and come at a certain time window.
It differs from the usual one in that there is pizza, pasta, seafood soup, a personal waiter and the atmosphere of a "real restaurant". It costs $ 3 per person and at the same time you lose the opportunity to dine in a regular restaurant that day.

They make cocktails at the bar, which is very cool. True, at different bars the set of cocktails is different, and even the same ones are prepared in different ways. As a result, on the beach, the Chi-Chi cocktail is quite sweet, and near the pool - like vodka. All drinks are handed out in plastic cups, which is not an option at all. There was no "H glasses in hand" restriction. Another good thing is that they make hot dogs and french fries on the beach.

The range of excursions is good. The only thing is that there is a nuance with the time of departure. I came to the free observation deck around the city at exactly 8 and saw that the bus had already left. The guide gave a new tour ticket with a time of 7-50, said that "this is how the system works" and everything went well.
Near the pool, too, there were always enough sunbeds. Items with towels are near the pool and near the sea. The water in the pool is cool, but in hot weather - just right. You can come, roast a little in the sun and cool off in the pool. Bliss. There are light and dark tiles. The dark one heats up more and you can walk barefoot on it only very quickly.

Soho Square is next to the hotel. Free buses go there. Officially - every half an hour, but in fact - more often.

On the square there are many shops, cafes, fountains that play with water to the music, duty free, a store with original adidas. Behind the square there is a supermarket and a number of shops.

Minibuses to the center of Sharm El Sheikh also run along the highway not far from the hotel. For 1-2 dollars they can take you there, there is a Hard Rock Cafe, Mac, Pizza Hut, KFC and a lot of shops. They go often.

In general, the hotel is a good place, but you should not count on much.
