Having paid All inclusive, we received a full board (breakfast + lunch + dinner), that the hotel did not have snacks indicated on the website and sent by the manager when ordering the tour, as well as voiced upon arrival by the guide and at the reception, of course, no one warned us. I emphasize precisely that they are NOT at all, except for three meals a day in the dining room (not in the Coral restaurant where they should eat, but in the small Al Mastaba), you can’t have a bite to eat anywhere. Missed the food because of the excursion and are waiting for the next one, not so good compared to last year. They paid for one thing - they got a completely different option - I didn’t understand why they overpaid and who compensates for it.

And so on until we called the reception after 15 minutes of waiting on the second day (this was constant).
