We went to Sharm for the first time, we chose after reading reviews about the hotel. A couple of years ago we were vacationing in Hurghada. We arrived at the hotel around 22:00. At the reception, we were offered to go to a restaurant for dinner while they were processing our documents. After dinner we were shown to our room. The room had everything we read about in the reviews. Iron, hair dryer, kettle (to him + tea and coffee are free), there is a mini bar. Bathrobes in the bathroom. Internet in the room for a fee, but you can buy a local SIM card, and go online through it. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby of the hotel with good speed. There were practically no mosquitoes in the room, except for a couple of pieces that somehow flew to us, apparently through the balcony (although we hardly opened it). At night it's hot in the room, we turned on the air conditioner, but if you open the balcony, then that's it, mosquitoes attack. Although plants are treated from insects with special means every day, you still won’t be able to sit on the balcony with a cup of tea in the evening (there are a lot of mosquitoes). The food is very good for both breakfast and lunch and dinner. . A large selection of meat dishes, various side dishes, there are always fruits and various sweets. We had a tour with 3 meals a day. It turned out that this is more than necessary. During the day it is very hot there, the temperature reaches + 40, and there is no point in taking lunch, in such heat there is no desire. For five dollars they serve delicious fresh juices with different flavors: mango, banana, strawberry. There are always free places on the beach by the pool. There is a beautiful reef at sea, excursion groups often sail to it, after which, unfortunately, a lot of garbage remains, the hotel tried to resolve this problem, but so far everything has been unsuccessful. Animation is not at all, it's certainly bad. The staff does an excellent job. A few people (a little) speak Russian, the rest speak English. Three young girls from Russia work. In general, thanks to all the staff for the good work! We were also on an excursion in Petra. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed. If you want to save money, order online. Lots of offers. We took from Eva Tours, we are satisfied. In general, the hotel is good for a relaxing holiday, it is quite comfortable to relax.
