This was the first trip to Egypt, on the recommendation of a travel agency, a tour to this hotel was bought. I must say right away: this is a budget 4 *, not 5. We settled in Delux on the second floor, we were immediately delighted, a beautiful view of the pool. But there was a hood nearby, it buzzed very strongly at night, the next day they asked to be moved, they moved to the same room with a view of the main entrance without any problems. One restaurant, the second did not work, two bars, downstairs and on the roof. Breakfast was the same every day, the most ordinary. Lunch and dinner were somewhat varied. Delicious grilled vegetables and fish, cocktails and local wine are so-so, beer is delicious.
What did not like. Tied to the bus to the beach, which do not run every hour, and go to the beaches not 10 minutes, but 20 minutes, moreover, standing people are asked to release the bus. Terrible Wi-Fi, and every day they change passwords, it's not clear why, you have to ask all the time. They asked to make a second key, so the keys were constantly untied, every day they went to the reception, asked to make a key. It's stressful. It seems that the hotel is going through hard times, the Il Mercato shopping center is closed, and the idea was large-scale colorful.
