We went this summer 2017, August.
An excellent flight with UIA, an excellent transfer from the airport to the hotel for about 15 minutes. They settled in a room - it turned out to be not ours, we checked in late in the evening and did not understand it anymore. Just instead of one - 2 beds : ) It doesn't matter : ) They did not change.
The cleanliness of the room at 3ku and so it was throughout the week, they forgot to leave water, Pepsi was only 1 time. No swans, roses - that's good if you don't need it : ) But the cleaning was so-so, mold fungus in the shower room, bathroom... The cleanliness of the linen is also clearly not 5 *. Towels were changed, soap was monitored, brought. There was dust and they didn’t try to wipe it off, the lamp was broken - they didn’t repair it, the lampshade was put on the floor like that, and it lay for a week : ) It just didn’t hold on and fell off the lamp all the time : ) There were chairs - they don’t clean. Useful on the balcony for drying things.
The food is not that terrible, everyone can find something to eat according to their taste, but it is monotonous. From seafood - only fish. Delicious pastries, few fruits, never had a mango, we went to buy it ourselves. For drinks - standard, tasty beer, dry wine (alcohol), tequila will go into a cocktail : ) There was no juice, one dye. Snacks at the bars - pastries, ice cream is not bad. We had enough 3 meals a day. It is better to go to meals early, less noise. Since it's impossible to have breakfast quietly because of the local population : ) Yes, and a glass / cup may not be enough. The cleanliness of tables, napkins, a restaurant - perhaps they physically do not have time to clean everything perfectly.
The pool is perfect, for kids what you need and for adults it's great. It is constantly cleaned, filled with water - well done! The sea is insanely beautiful, go only with a mask, but better with all the equipment!!!!!! ! : ) If possible (if finances allow) do not miss diving, quadrics in the desert.
Wifi at the reception is terrible, because there are a lot of people! It is better to use it either early in the morning or at night.
The rest is excellent, with pleasure, if possible, we would visit Egypt again, but in a different hotel. The staff is excellent, Angela - especially thanks for the advice, help : ) The hotel would like to improve the quality of accommodation and food - 5 *, but so far with a stretch of 4. We are not super-duper harmful auditors, we just love comfort and would like to get the most out of your vacation for the money that the ticket costs. A vacation by the sea is always good and there is little that can upset him! I advise everyone to go, try, enjoy in Egypt! And there, see for yourself what you expect, what are the requirements for living, etc.
