We were a family of 5 with a 7 year old child. The arrival was late, before settling we were taken to a restaurant for dinner. I was very pleased with the fact that the hotel staff are professionals in their field. I advise everyone right away, before disassembling things, check the operation of the air conditioner, safe, light and all taps. We had problems with the air conditioner and they fixed it only in the morning, so we spent the night in stuffy and with mosquitoes. Don't open the balcony after sunset, mosquitoes are on the alert : )
I advise you to definitely take a mosquito repellant with you, if you don’t have time, you can buy it at the nearest supermarket, since it is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel is large, well maintained, beautiful, everything is kept clean and tidy, even in such a difficult period. Meals at the hotel 24 hours, you definitely will not stay hungry. The food is monotonous, but everything is delicious, in the right quantity and, what is important, always of decent quality!
Alcohol, as in any hotel in Egypt, is local, wine and beer for 3. Juices, Fanta, Cola are always in the right amount. The bartenders are all good.
The hotel has a children's club, open until 17:00, in the evening a children's disco. My daughter liked it.
There is animation, the guys do not bother anyone, whoever shows interest will not be bored. In the morning stretching, darts, volleyball, aqua aerobics, water polo, every other day, in the afternoon around 16:00, animator Vladimir conducts incredible master classes in Zumba and Bachata. I wish it was every day! So those who say that the animation is weak, you are just lazy! Evening shows are rather weak, but every day there is an opportunity to go to the club!
As for the Internet, it is paid at the hotel, I bought an Aitisalat card, 65 pounds 5 GB, the speed and coverage are excellent.
To the market and shops on foot 25-30 minutes. The nearest pharmacy is 10 minutes.
During the rest, 2 times there were problems with the stomach, both in a child and in adults. There is a suspicion that ice, so all cocktails were drunk without it : )
The beach is multi-level, the coral reef is worthy, there are a lot of fish, but we still rested around the large pool, and went to the sea on a punt, to admire the beauties of the Red Sea. Immediately say that the number of sunbeds is limited, so borrow before breakfast.
As for excursions, that's a different story. Tez tour and Anex tour do not refund money for excursions. After talking with vacationers, I heard about the problem that the day before the excursion you have a temperature or poisoning, you warn, but you can’t return the money.
