My husband and I rested at the hotel at the very beginning of September, but it was only now that we got around to writing a review. The hotel is very large, located on top of a cliff with a steep descent to the sea. The territory is very green, well-groomed, there are many swimming pools, there is a small water park in the farthest part from the sea. Room categories depend on the location of the rooms, as it seemed to us. When they saw the promo number that they had reserved, they were somewhat disappointed. Changed for a surcharge to perferred. The new room suited us with its size, decent quality of furniture and plumbing. Cleaning was also satisfied, everything was on time, towels were changed, linen was changed once, although it was not necessary.
The staff at the reception is very friendly, but was often busy, despite the fact that there were not many tourists in the hotel. There is a Russian-speaking girl guest relay Vitalina. We asked her to rid our room of ants on the first day. She helped. We were very satisfied with the service, the staff tries to meet, efficient.
The territory of the hotel, as already mentioned, is large, it was somewhat straining to get up from the beach or from the grill restaurant up the stairs to the rooms. The beach is very clean, the sun beds are in good condition, you can find places even at 9 am. You can enter the sea from the shore or by pontoon. We, as coral lovers, preferred the pontoon. The reef is simply amazing, yachts for snorkeling and diving stop in front of the hotel. We didn't feel particularly uncomfortable. The sea is clean, despite the yachts and tourists. There are a lot of fish - enough for everyone, we saw a Napoleon, a moray eel, a manta at a depth, a lionfish. They rarely swam in the pools, but in fairness it should be noted that they were always clean and there was no bust with bleach.

The food at the hotel was good enough for us. My husband is a big meat lover, he complained about tough beef, but I had enough delicious chicken or fish. In general, everyone could find something for themselves. For breakfast there were scrambled eggs, yogurts, cereals and muesli, cheese and meat cuts, vegetables for salads, even rice and wheat porridge, delicious pastries, fruits in the form of salads, everything is fresh, you can safely eat. For lunch, you could choose soup (always in two types), chicken, beef or fish, side dishes in the form of rice, potatoes, pasta, stewed vegetables, fresh salads, pizza. If you don’t feel like going to a restaurant, you can also eat at the beach bar, where they have pizza, french fries, hot dogs, hamburgers. Grilling was often added to dinner, many desserts appeared.
The drinks are quite normal, you can drink juices, good cocktails were mixed in the bars. Strong alcohol in its pure form is better not to drink, but beer and wine of normal quality.
Animation is more for Italians, loud, long and fun. We walked not only around the territory, but also outside the hotel. On foot you can walk to the 1001 Nights complex, then go to the Metro supermarket and buy fruit, you can also go for $ 2 to the Old City for souvenirs. Wi-Fi worked at the hotel, it was best to catch it at the reception, but only for correspondence, it was impossible to talk. We ordered excursions, took Israel-Jordan and motorcycle safari. The tours were great, the guides were attentive and professional. The road to the border with Israel is tiring, crossing the border is also not fast, but otherwise without complaints.
We were very pleased with the hotel. We are going to return next year if tours to this hotel do not rise much.
