A year later, I returned to this hotel with my wife and child. Check-in from 05/26/2017 to 06/03/2017 I will describe what I noticed after visiting Royal Grand Charm 2 times.
1) Arrival at the hotel and check-in:
a) The transfer was just gorgeous, everything is fast and you can say with high quality!
b) They settled very quickly, since we arrived at 22:00 we were immediately taken, fed and given rooms.
c) At the reception, you can give a mini bribe for the number you want, and not the one that you will be offered (although at the end of the check-in they say that they don’t take money in their pocket)
2) Nutrition:
a) Nutrition compared to last year is simply no practical. If last year the choice of food was wide - this year there was practically nothing but pasta.
3) Drinking and bar service:
A) The bartenders at the top bar and by the pool are just gorgeous!!!!
Special thanks to the ABBAS bartender - very positive and friendly - I hope you get a promotion, you deserve it!
B) Drinking - bottled beer - delicious, everything else is also very good quality for Egypt.
4) Animation:
a) Ahmed - you are the best animation manager, your team is great! Everyone is friendly, funny and not very annoying))
5) Assistance to vacationers in the main hall at the reception.
