When buying a tour, we were told that the hotel is not completely full now and they will write a letter asking them to put us in rooms after repair (these tour). But the letter doesn't matter to them. ) We said that we do not want to be settled in building 6, how can this issue be resolved? They answered us $ 20 additional payment for 1 day for 11 nights, which comes out decently, of course we refused to pay! Then they sort of made concessions and told a family with a child they would give a room in the second building, which even fits three people (three single beds). But they don’t have more good rooms only for an extra charge per day! Another couple from Kyiv flew in with us, they, too, of course, were immediately given a room in the 6th building, when they saw it they asked for another number, t. to this shabby one, they were again given the keys to another room, but also in building 6, a couple of minutes later they returned and said that this room was the same and they didn’t want to check in there! They were again given other keys and again in building 6, they They also lost their nerve and said that they wouldn’t even take them! All this time we stood and demanded a normal room for ourselves, if there are no good ones, let them calculate that night we won’t sleep there. Thanks to our guide Romani, he, having heard our disassembly, also connected and began to help us solve this issue ! ! But the guy from the reception continued to speak in a raised voice and brazenly lie that there are no rooms ! ! What could be tomorrow, let them go at 6 and tomorrow we will move! We didn't agree! A couple from Kyiv also connected to us and we said that we would not spend the night there, our guide continued the conversation again and again and the rooms were found in building 3, and for us and them, not even an hour had passed! ) Miracles and for free! If they had just said calmly, well $ 20 and that's it, it was out of the question, but for every day it's overkill ! ! The room was good 3 building (C), and next to our relatives from 2m. Cleaning in the rooms is normal, not super but not terrible, towels and bedding were changed if they did not report shampoos or towels themselves asked the cleaner. Noise isolation in the rooms is poor. Airplanes are heard, but they do not interfere with rest. In the first building there was a repair, of course, but tolerable. The area is very beautiful, we were lucky with the weather, it was warm. Heated central pool. The hotel was filled with half the sunbeds, enough for everyone and everywhere! ) There is a bus to the sea, but we always walked to the sea for about 5-7 minutes, through the beautiful territory of Savoie, and it didn’t bother at all! ) The beach is clean and the beach bar was with drinks and snacks! The food at the hotel is good, the food is delicious, but every day a lot was repeated, and only depending on the theme of the dinner, a few dishes changed! You definitely won’t be hungry! in portions. The pastries are very tasty !! ! But I don’t like cakes and other things, so I can’t say anything! ) There were enough fruits: bananas, oranges, guava, pomegranate, persimmon, dates, grapefruit, melon and the most delicious lunch is chic sweet tangerines! Alcohol was local but not bad, we didn’t really drink beer, and gin tonic)) we didn’t really like the wine, men still sometimes took tequila, too, nothing according to reviews, good juices from packs and non-alcoholic cocktails! When the food at dinner didn’t particularly attract us, we went in the Chino cafe, there is a delicious barbecue ! ! We didn’t like Fusion, but go, maybe someone will like it)) Akunamatata restaurant was closed, but from January 28 it was supposed to be reopened, maybe these restaurants will be removed. Upon arrival, they give tickets for free visits to bowling, a skating rink, and other very nice bonuses, the child really liked it at the rink! The service in the bars is different, then they immediately serve, then they pretend that they don’t see. Usually in different hotels we found our waiter and thanked him with a tip ($ 2-5), and he always brought all the drinks very quickly, they didn’t even find one here, at the lobby bar the waiter could come up to take an order and not return)) every day different! ! I advise you to take the fumigator with you in the rooms there are mosquitoes and they bit me and the child, they asked for the fumigator three times !! ! they didn’t inform at all and it’s not very strong, I took mine on my last visits to Egypt, it seems to me ours are better ! ! But as we were told in the season its true price, our opinion is that it is not worth the money, in comparison with other hotels, but this is a subjective opinion, as for me it is an excellent 4 ka with its minuses and pluses! ) If there is an attractive price for the tour again, we may return again ! !
