We returned from the hotel absolutely delighted! We traveled as two couples without children. The hotel is just great. We rested in Egypt not for the first time, but only this time the hotel turned out to be impeccable. Before that, they were in Maritim Naama Bay and Concorde on the first line. So this is just heaven and earth. In order! Firstly, excellent service at the reception, we arrived at the hotel at about 15:00, settled us within 10 minutes, this is with filling out cards, drinking cold hibiscus and wiping hands and face with wet wipes. The rooms, as requested by the travel agency, were given nearby without prior reminder. Both rooms have a sea view. And the view is the most luxurious. The hotel was built as a high-rise building along a sheer cliff, which is rare for Sharm El Sheikh, so most of the rooms have a direct view of the sea. The rooms are spacious, with solid furniture, everything is quite simple, but of high quality. Loved the mattresses, bedding was crisp white, towels also looked very clean and almost new, a few torn threads don't count. The room had a tea and coffee set, which was periodically replenished by a cleaner, and slippers and bathrobes were waiting for us in the bathroom. The cleaner was seen only in the corridor, he greeted us warmly, asked in English if we needed anything. He cleaned up in our absence, quite well, for which he received a tip every three days for 2-3 dollars. The grounds were amazing too. Such an abundance of flowers, flowering shrubs in Egypt had not been seen before. Plus, all this riot of colors was incredibly fragrant. Everywhere is naturally perfect cleanliness. The pools are very clean water, there are enough sunbeds everywhere. It is difficult to get lost in the hotel, the main landmark is the sea. The beach is very spacious. At the entrance, we were met by a scourge, gave out towels, spread them out, then the waiter regularly visited us and asked if we wanted something to drink. At the hotel, even our fellow citizens are willing to give tips, as the service pleases. There is no division by nationality. The sea is beautiful, a lot of fish, the reef is dead in places, but this does not detract from its merits. The downside was a somewhat dirty sea in the evening, as many yachts sailed past, which did not hesitate to dump garbage into the sea. The food is good. We are not very picky about food, and we try not to overeat on vacation, so only the freshness of the products is important for us. The hotel never felt bad. Of the interesting were aperitifs and salads with crabs and shrimp, lightly salted red fish, a variety of soups and a grill for dinner. It is difficult to stay hungry, even discerning tourists will have something to choose from. To maintain physical fitness, we visited the gym, it is not large, but with a basic set of sports equipment. I liked the massage, my friend took the Cleopatra procedure, she also really liked it. You can also sit in the jacuzzi and pedal the pedalo in the outdoor pool. The hotel lacked good coffee (we are fussy at this point), the alcohol was local but not bad quality. The bartenders boldly experimented, they turned out very interesting cocktails, although we don’t drink much. There is practically no entertainment in the hotel. Animation moderate, good live music in the evenings. They entertained themselves on their own, as weak animation is better than meaningless noise and din from morning to night. From the hotel you can get to Naama Bay or Hollywood, this is from what is closer. We also went to Soho. The minus of the hotel is a weak Internet signal, it is simply unrealistic to talk to relatives via viber, they only corresponded in the chat. Also, some tourists complained about the abundance of ants in the bungalow. We were on the 5th floor, this problem did not affect us. Parents with children complained about the lack of a playground. This is from an overheard on the beach. In addition, we went on an excursion to Petra. Last year, they marked a trip to Israel, then there was no strength left for Jordan. This time we went with the same Red Sea Travel agency, everything was perfectly organized, the guide Islam in Petra was just great. We plan to return to the hotel next summer. Thanks to the staff for a great hotel and excellent service.
