We checked into the hotel late, around 11 pm, we were offered dinner on the menu and immediately a tour guide said that since we arrived late and paid for the day in full, on the last day we have to vacate the room before 12 o'clock, but we have the right to dine in the restaurant for free. The night before leaving, we went to the reception and asked if everything was fine with lunch, we were confirmed that yes - we have the right to dinner with all the privileges of "all inclusive" in the main restaurant. When we moved out of the room and brought a suitcase to the locker, we were asked again about lunch - and we were again assured that lunch is included in the payment.

So we came for lunch, the waiter came and we made an order for drinks, he came back in a minute and said that we have to pay for lunch and drinks, we replied that everything was agreed at the reception, the waiter in turn said now to clarify everything.
