I, my husband and a child rested at the hotel from 02/03/2017 to 02/10/2017.
I'll start from the very beginning. Settled immediately as soon as we arrived at 09:00, although the hotel check-in at 14:00. Even the room was changed without problems and without additional surcharges (many thanks to the young man at the reception named Mohamed Donya).
Wi-fi catches throughout the hotel!
Many thanks to the hotel staff for the welcome cocktail and the quick and comfortable delivery of us and our luggage to the room.
We were settled in the Vialet building.
The room is very beautiful, comfortable, spacious and well thought out ("respect and respect for the designer")! The room (No. 5224) has a huge double bed, for the child they immediately brought an extra one with an orthopedic mattress. Bathrobes, slippers, ironing board and iron, plasma TV with Russian channels, clothes dryer, electric kettle, complete cosmetic set !!!!!!
For the beauty, cleanliness, always filled mini-bar, the availability of everything you need for tea and coffee, and oh-so-very beautiful flower decoration of our beds, a huge thank you to our Shahata!!!!!
The hotel is very beautiful, green, cozy, large, but shuttles constantly run around the hotel!
The territory is divided into zones: there is a recreation area for vacationers with children, there is a zone for those who want to take a break from the city bustle and noise. Everyone chooses for himself what he needs!
The hotel has 6 a la carte restaurants. Each of them can be visited once during your stay at the hotel for free, by appointment, but the best French and Italian restaurants (recommended! ).
But the main restaurant serves dishes no worse, evidence of that is my husband, and he, believe me, is still a gourmet !!!!!
Tip: do not change the chef, he is the best in Sharm (we ourselves saw this when we went on excursions and talked with visitors to various hotels) !!!!
By the way, I would like to note the work of the waiter Mohamed Joseph, very friendly, always on top!!!!
Throughout the day, you could have a bite to eat near the main pool and on the beach (hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, and on the beach a snack on the menu, there is a delicious seafood salad)!! ! Everything is very delicious! And, to the delight of my daughter, I could enjoy ice cream all day long!!!!!
Near the reception there is a Churchill bar, there are very tasty cocktails and, again, to the delight of my daughter, free chips !!!!
But in the Island's bar, which is located near the main pool, there is one bartender (unfortunately I didn’t write down his name), he makes the most delicious cocktails in the whole hotel !!! ! He speaks pretty good Russian, he said that he worked as a bartender in Germany and that he loves his job very much!!!! It seems that his name is Ahmed Yaha, that's what they told us when we left, but I'm not sure for sure!!!

Towels are issued on cards near the pools and on the beach (very convenient).
OOOOOOOOOOO very beautiful coral reef on the beach of the hotel, and the fish!!!!!! ! We went on an excursion where we went scuba diving, but the reef where we were taken cannot be compared with the reef near the hotel!! ! Therefore, dear, do not waste time on boat trips from the operator, all this can be obtained on the territory of the hotel, without wasting time on unnecessary transfers, the price is the same !!!! ! But advice: do not forget to bargain!
The only thing is that the entrance to the sea is along the pontoon and the bridge, and immediately the depth is about 10 meters, where you can swim, dive or snorkel!! ! There is no cleared entrance for children, but literally after a couple of meters, children can swim on the beach of a neighboring hotel (no one kicks anyone out)!!!!
The hotel has a gym and a tennis court, which is a big plus, since my daughter and husband are tennis players!
Free shuttle bus service to SOHO Square runs daily from the hotel.
The only thing that I didn't really like was the weak animation, the animators seem to be monogo, everyone is trying, but they are missing something !!!!
But I really liked that during the rest we were constantly asked about the pros and cons of the hotel (cleaning, animation, food (the chef himself asked about this every dinner)..... ), it is clear that people want to improve!
