Rested with friends in this hotel from 22.12. for 30.12. 2016. I want to share my impressions.
This hotel can't help but like it! ! ! ! ! Everything was great. But we are sorry that we did not go for 14 days. It turned out to be little, we did not expect that we would like everything so much.
Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by employees of Anex Tour. The hotel takes up to 20 minutes to reach the hotel. This is a very big plus.
We were also welcomed at the hotel. Impressed by the large beautiful spacious lobby of the hotel. They offered to leave the road immediately to eat. Settled quickly and without problems in rooms with sea views. The rooms, of course, want a little makeover. But still clean and spacious. Plumbing works without problems. The room is cleaned well every day. There were no claims to this.
Impressive huge, beautiful and clean hotel area. Lots of greenery, flowers and palm trees. There is even a piece of Ukraine that is very pleasing to the eye - it's "Chernobryvtsi" flowers.
All under supervision.
The staff is smiling, attentive.
The hotel’s service center is open for 5+. Every day they are interested in your opinion and listen to your requests, fulfilling them instantly.
They never refused anything.
The service staff of the restaurants is very polite, they always smile, they are interested in whether we are tasty, they keep order on the tables.
The main restaurant has a large selection of dishes for every taste. Lots of delicious sweets. Lots of fruit.
There is also a kitchen on the beach from 12:00. In short, you will not be hungry for a minute. None of our company suffered from upset stomach. The child tasted many dishes and not only from the children's menu.
Alcohol is normal, there is a choice. So the mood is always there.
Of course, if you come and do only what to look for something to complain about, then look for the reason not in the hotel, but in yourself! ! ! ! ! You are bored and do not know how to enjoy life.
Nothing spoiled our vacation for a minute! !!
There are many pools in the area, however, only four are open in winter. Family, children's and water park 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. Everyone is warm in different ways. Family is very warm 30 degrees, water park too, but little time. .
The big plus of the hotel is that it is right on the beach. Super! ! ! !!
A special big plus is the animation team. Guys are just the pearl of this hotel! ! ! !!
Not once or for a minute did they let me get bored. Very interesting entertainment. Everyone was given maximum attention. Held various competitions, shows for children and adults. We are very, very pleased with their work and attitude towards us! ! ! ! ! We hope to meet them again someday!
