The day before yesterday I flew back from vacation and decided to write about my impressions "in a fresh way", because I myself often look here before trips and it helps a lot to form an opinion about hotels and vacations!
I myself was with a small child of 4 years, just in time for the New Year holidays. I was driving from the Anex-tour from Zaporozhye. Flight, transfer and accommodation are organized clearly and smoothly. We arrived in the evening and we were immediately sent to a restaurant for dinner, after which we were very quickly issued key cards and taken to our rooms. Number (1125) turned out to be small and rather "knocked down". The air conditioner (or is it a hood) at the entrance threatened to fall on my head, the light didn’t work when we checked in, and we waited another 20 minutes while the electricians “conjured” over the common distributor, and the bathroom was generally upset. Very old plumbing, handles, showers, cosmetics stands - rusty and barely holding... (( A total disappointment. But we didn’t have the strength to move and we decided to postpone it for the next day. The next day I went to the reception and not having time to explain the reason for my dissatisfaction, I received a card from another number, after looking at it we moved there (1169), it turned out to be bigger, and newer, besides, it caught WiFi perfectly, unlike the previous one. rooms and accommodations.
Kitchen. Since I was with a small child, the issue of nutrition was acute. The hotel has a so-called. "children's table", but, to be honest, what was there that was not among the "adult" food, I did not understand. As in the "adult" there were steamed vegetables, fish and / or meatballs, pasta, fresh vegetables and a couple of types of sweets. There were a couple more first courses on the adult table for lunch, but, unfortunately, they are not at all similar in taste and texture to our usual ones, so after several days of unsuccessful attempts to feed the child with these soups, I abandoned this idea, because I myself could not eat them. Otherwise, the choice is quite wide, there are many different hot vegetable dishes, there is always fish, meat, perhaps not very diverse, but you can always find something to your taste and you definitely won’t stay hungry. A separate table with sweets is a separate issue! Always very varied and very tasty + fresh fruits - melon, dates, oranges and guava have always been. Tea, coffee, soft drinks - unlimited, alcoholic (in the main restaurant) - from lunch, in the rest, I don’t know, I wasn’t interested. By the way, water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, kettle - in all rooms and replenished constantly - very convenient.

Animation. The animators work perfectly - there is always something going on, some classes, competitions, games, and in the evening various events - everything is fun, and at the same time without importunity - special thanks for this. Since the hotel is focused on children, there is a kids club for children from 4 to 10 (or 12) years old, it works in the morning and in the evening by the beach, where they draw, sculpt, do creative work, go for snacks, etc. In the evening, a mini-disco is held for the kids, where the kids dance to children's songs. The child liked it very much - I recommend it.
Tours. Anex-tour invites you to various excursions, there is something to choose from, we didn’t go anywhere, so I can’t give any reviews. Tours are also offered on the beach, sometimes much cheaper than Anex, so compare prices and choose.
Neighborhood. We walked with the child on our own and felt absolutely comfortable. Be sure to take a walk along the evening El Mercato - a very typical color and atmosphere, be sure to buy local mangoes, they are very tasty, they don’t bring them to us! Smile, and believe me, it’s more pleasant to bargain and give way more, and they give souvenirs “in the load”! ))) Not far from the hotel there is always a man with a camel (he said the camel’s name is Natasha), the child asked to ride a camel, so he gave us a ride, I took a picture, and said how much money you would give (I didn’t expect this from the Arabs! ), And when we returned to the hotel, I also gave souvenirs to the child. If you ride, say hello to him! )))
New Year. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the organization of the holiday. When buying a tour, I was warned about a gala dinner and a $50 surcharge for it. In the evening, everyone gathered at the reception, all beautiful, ladies in evening dresses and high heels, there a beautiful table with cocktails was waiting for us, then everyone proceeded to a separate huge tent, very beautifully decorated, with a beautiful stage in the center, we were seated in pre-allocated seats and. . . who wants to eat - go to the end of the tent and take it. When this happens in the main restaurant, in the current mode, this is one thing, but when a couple of thousand hungry people are concentrated in one place at once, and the food is at one end of a long tent and on just a few tables, it turned out to be a terrible pandemonium, and all smart ladies, on high heels through the whole tent they went to stand in line, with plates to take at least something to eat, then back with these plates... In short, no organization... Champagne - for a fee ($ 27), the wine was first poured out to everyone, and by 11 they said "it's over" (?! ), and all this for $50? So I don’t recommend going to the holidays if the organizers don’t take action.

General impression. The whole journey "to" and "from" the hotel room is very well organized and "knurled", everyone speaks Russian, everything is extremely clear and simple (I'm already thinking of sending my elderly grandmother to rest - I know for sure, she will arrive and return). All the staff at the hotel speaks Russian, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, everyone is ready to help in any question that arises and quickly solve any problem. An amazingly friendly attitude towards children, my parental heart was very pleased with this fact, as well as the fact that my not always sociable child communicated with everyone with great pleasure, answered everyone and obviously felt very comfortable. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, very well-groomed and all in flowers. The beach is small, but no matter what time you come to the beach (and we are sleepyheads), you can always find free sun loungers. After the hotels in Europe, this hotel, of course, does not reach 5 stars and you can always find something to "find fault", but the overall impression still remains pleasant.
