They clean superficially, as it seemed to me, throughout the hotel, tables in the restaurant and in bars made of dark wood, on which the hardened traces of either food and drinks, or detergents are clearly visible, but they are beautifully served with clean tablecloths, there were no comments on the dishes . After the rain, we sat down on the terrace in the lobby on the armchairs, the white shorts turned black, I think because of the wet, again age-old, dust. Although the cleaning guys clean, rub and wash something all day long. Comfortable mattresses, pillows, light warm blankets. If you need slippers, bathrobes, an iron, you must tell the reception about it, they will bring it right away. Water is brought every day in sufficient quantities, all sorts of shower tubes too. Beach towels are issued by cards (the cards were received along with the room key cards upon check-in) in special booths near the pool and on the beach, one card is one towel, they are also exchanged for dry and clean ones or back to cards. Three large pools, two or three for children, one heated (+28, comfortable, clean), there is all the activity: exercises, polo, tennis, and so on. Animators invite, but do not bother, funny guys and girls, they try to create a mood, maybe not professionally, but sincerely. And, in general, I want to say about the staff separately. It seemed to me that they are sincerely friendly and attentive both on the beach and in restaurants-bars, EVERYONE, albeit minimally, but they speak Russian, they will understand you, they will be able to answer, joke. I will note our waiter in the main restaurant, I'm afraid to make a mistake with the name, like Medhat Sameer, short,
nimble. From the second day, he memorized our preferences with my husband, and as soon as we entered the restaurant and sat down at the table, our preferred alcoholic drinks would magically appear. He always joked, flirted with children, worked quickly and accurately. The attention of the staff, it seemed to me, was absolutely independent of tips, or rather, they do not expect remuneration from us, but simply do their job well, they do not refuse, of course. The main thing is to be friendly in return. The food is normal, a lot of vegetables, very tasty and fresh all pastries. From meat beef and chicken, sometimes, however, spicy. There was also fish, but I'm not fond of it. I would like more fruits, there were oranges, apples, dates, bananas, dried fruits, a couple of times strawberries. I liked anise tea. Coffee from vending machines, instant, I didn’t like just black, but cappuccino was nothing. Juices in the main restaurant are either diluted or not juices, I didn’t understand, we didn’t drink them. But in bars, juices are decent, from packages. Fresh for money - 2 dollars. Local all inclusive alcohol from plastic bottles, in the form of cocktails it’s quite pleasant to drink, good beer, poured from bottles. Cola, Sprite, Fanta are real, also from bottles. You can also have lunch at the beach bar from 12 to 16, where salads, pizza, hamburgers, sandwiches, ice cream are served by waiters, ordering through the menu is included in all inclusive.
There are VERY many Egyptians in the hotel, these are large families, many children, women in the pool in special clothes. I can’t say that it was very annoying, but it was unusual. There was enough space for everyone, both in the restaurant, and near the pool, and on the beach. The beach is large, clean, the entrance to the sea is only in slippers, 100 meters knee-deep, then a cliff, a reef and depthaaaaa....On the neighboring beach on the left there is a piece of the sea deeper, you can swim, including with a mask, all sorts of fish and swim there. And, in general, all the beauty from the pier. In calm weather, you can see everything, you don’t even need to jump into the water. Before lunch, as a rule, a red flag and you can not swim from the pier. The sea temperature was +22-23, not very comfortable, but, if desired, you can. There is a diving on the beach, 25 dollars 15 minutes, responsible guys, my daughter and I dived for the first time, it was almost not scary, interesting sensations, beautiful photos, however, for an additional fee). All swimming accessories can be bought near the hotel, cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right, you have to bargain everywhere. There are also all sorts of souvenirs, sweets, minimal food, fruits. Beautiful strawberries, $1 per tray.

About excursions. We went on a safari, sailed on a boat, went on a sightseeing tour of Sharm El Sheikh. All bought from their operator Teztur. You have to bargain with them too. The survey was included in the tour program, we did not want to go, but the guide persuaded us. But most of the tour is factories, presentations, shops, annoying. We then went to Sharm a couple of times on our own in the evening. Once on a minibus (stop right in front of the hotel across the road, for 4 we paid 100 local pounds back and forth, it's about $ 5), authentic)), Egyptians crowded, some standing, some lying, oriental music roars, in- generally remembered. Regular taxi round trip $15 after bargaining. We went to Soho Square, it's nice, no one bothers, no one invites, it's expensive to shop there. And we went to Naama Bay, there are shops, cafes, everyone insistently invites you to come in, you can buy all kinds of T-shirts, towels, bags, shoes, you have to bargain. We had our chocolates, sweets, seeds with us. We treat them, they give us a discount. But, in general, all the same things can be bought near the hotel, the prices are not higher.
Safari: ATVs are super, dinner at the Bedouins and the show is long and uninteresting. The ship is good, comfortable, spacious, the view is beautiful, but it was very rocking, there was a wind. Three
stops at sea for swimming and scuba diving, lunch, tea, coffee, water, soda. In terms of safety, everything was excellent both on the safari and on the boat, diving with
a separate instructor, photos for an additional fee, but not imposed.
The weather was good, the sun is hot, but the wind is strong, cool. On the beach, it is felt less, there are special barriers, sunbathing is comfortable. At the pool, the wind is felt more, it is unpleasant to get out of the water. It gets dark early, after 16.00 you can’t sunbathe, you can’t swim. There is not much entertainment in the evening. It's hotel policy to be quiet. The show is at 21.30, but so-so and cool, mini disco at 20.30. We played billiards ($ 3 per hour), sat in the lobby (it's beautiful there, good Wi-Fi, there is live music on
in the evenings, bar), walked around the hotel. Wi-Fi catches in the lobby, in restaurants, by the pool, on the beach, free, not very fast, but the youngest managed to watch videos on youtube. In the room there is wired internet, a cord at the reception, we connected a laptop and distributed Wi-Fi to gadgets from it. They also buy local sims.
