We chose this hotel because at the time of booking, it had a very attractive price. This hotel also suited us, because the dates of the rest coincided with the date of my birth. The check-in was quite fast, but it was not without chocolates. We arrived at about 11 o'clock in the morning, the guide told us that we could check in earlier, giving a chocolate bar at the reception, we did so and everything went perfectly. The furniture in the room is already quite worn, it could have been better, there was only one set of towels, we later informed them to bring us more. There was no cup for toothbrushes, the safe was broken. Surprisingly, we did not carry water to the room, we had to buy it separately. There was always dust on the shelves, the TV, the cleaning was, but not of high quality, superficial. The hotel mostly rested families, many Egyptians or tourists from neighboring countries, there were few young people, but, this is understandable, there is nothing to do in this hotel. It is more suitable for families. There are several swimming pools on the territory, including heated ones, an aqua park, a jacuzzi. The area is small but clean. The food is varied, I will not say that it is very tasty. I was surprised that meat and fish were given out in limited quantities; The cook gave each tourist a piece, the rest was unlimited: vegetables, fruits, various desserts, but they always had a biscuit base, only the filler changed: condensed milk or chocolate. To the old town - 1 km, walk 15-20 minutes walk, walk to the beach for 40 minutes, but in the morning and afternoon there is a bus from the hotel to the beach, there were free places, you didn’t have to go standing up. But go - far. The beach is good, the reef is cool, the water is clean, a lot of fish. On the beach you could order a massage, there were such services. The quality of the excursions was good, but I didn’t like that on one of them the equipment for the scuba diver had to be taken for an additional fee. When we bought a tour from the guide, he did not tell us about it. We were given masks and fins for free, we had to rent the diver's suit itself. We were told that we could dive in an ordinary bay where we weren't guaranteed to see fish. And if you want to go to a beautiful place with guaranteed beautiful fish, you need to rent a costume for an additional fee. I think that it is necessary to talk about this in advance and warn tourists that there will be services on the tour, for which you will still have to pay.
