I became the owner of room 1502 (you can see that very “bad hotel room” - when they don’t pay money for the settlement)))))) The room is large and spacious, I liked everything in the evening, but in the morning it turned out that the kettle in the room didn’t work, half the light bulbs burnt out, some sockets do not work, there is no light on the balcony, not a single cabinet door opens, air conditioning - the air conditioning system does not work, the safe was closed according to the instructions and did not open again, view of the doors of the neighboring building, the state as if you were with neighbors, permanent the noise of repair work from the neighboring hotel Sultan Gardens and screaming workers))) The hotel territory is not any, buildings, pools, rooms are cleaned perfectly, the food is normal, wifi is paid $ 10 and works poorly and even on the beach there is almost no hotel (((On the balcony at I had a cat who brought prey: mice, dragonflies)))) Fruits can be bought in shops across the road from the hotel, tasty and inexpensive)))) Representatives of water sports, Spa procedures, t tour agencies and persistently offer their services, it seems that you are lying somewhere on the city beach in Evpatoria, the only thing missing is to shout "baklava and corn"....And at the same time processing "new vacationers" by ear "they say that you don't take excursions from your Guide - they are expensive, and ours is cheap..... and this is all the time ((((((Service cannot be so intrusive)))) And the worst thing is that I was expected on the last morning before departure at 5 am - I had to carry my suitcase on my own from the room to the reception for 700 meters, they forgot to pick up my suitcase, but that's okay, it happens, and then the climax of my holiday at Xperience Sea Breeze Resort 5 * came - I was given a lunch package of a 5-star hotel, I will attach a photo..... I have never seen such horror in any hotel in any country where I have ever been!!!!!!!! ! I left this horror on the table at the reception - there was a rotten banana, a tangerine and two rolls wrapped in film, plus a bottle of water ((((He took care of me, the employee who carries the luggage packed my suitcase, apologized for said that he would change my lunch package, I thanked him!! ! this individual "overweight was fired or sent for 2 years to the construction of a new hotel))))) It's a pity that I don't know the legislation of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Arabic language))) And still I LOVE THIS COUNTRY, SEA, SUN, REEFS, FISH, CAFE, SELLERS and even a local cat!!!!! !
