Our family vacationed in Egypt for the first time. We had an early check-in at the hotel. During the paperwork, which took 3 minutes, we were put on bracelets and offered to go to a restaurant for breakfast. After breakfast, we walked around the territory and returned back. The room was not yet ready and we were asked to wait a bit. It turned out that they were preparing a family room for us (there should have been a standard). It was a pleasant surprise. The room was ready in just 30 minutes. They did not ask for money for improving the conditions! They took us to our room without asking.
Very impressed with the staff in the restaurants and the lobby bar. The guys who work almost around the clock were always smiling, joking and trying to please. 10 days flew by like one. As a result, on the day of departure from the hotel, our daughter cried. All the waiters came out to see us off. All of them are just great smarties.
Separately, I will tell about the sea. Walk 10 minutes to the sea. We always went back by bus (too lazy after swimming in the sea), which went from the hotel and back every 30 minutes. The sea was just amazing. Fish swam up to their feet, sea urchins hid in corals. The impression is indescribable. H

We had a late check out. Thanks to the guys at the reception, with 100% occupancy of the hotel, we extended the room until 18-00.
We are very grateful for a beautiful stay and a great mood to all the hotel staff and separately to Ahmad Saleh for wonderful emotions.
