My husband and I flew to this hotel on the recommendation of our travel company. We have been to Egypt many times, so we have comparisons with other hotels.
The agency was informed that the rooms have several categories. But we were also told that the hotel is not occupied and usually in such situations accommodate all tourists in rooms of the highest category. As a last resort on the spot you can agree, as luck would have it, for 20-50. e or just beautiful eyes. This fact spoiled the first impression of the hotel at check-in and I see the fault of the travel agency. Surcharge for changing the room 20-25 euros per day, but everyone gets a standard discount and for 10 euros per day change the room of any category to the best.

If we immediately bought a ticket with a Superior number in a travel agency, we would not have received such negative divination and dissatisfaction with the settlement.
By the way, there were many tourists like us. Every day we watched as tourists like us, tried to "solve for 50 USD", but in vain)) at the moment the hotel has a stable income to replace the room. For those who want to live in a good room recommendation, buy it at home. There will be no complaints about the Superior room - a large area, good furniture, normal plumbing, more or less new, close to the sea and the restaurant (unlike the lower category rooms).
The food was normal. Daily chicken, beef, fish, side dishes, vegetables and fruits, soups. Weren't hungry) it was delicious, but in 13 days it became very monotonous (those who go for 7 days won't get bored). In the hour between breakfast and lunch, lunch and until 17:00 you can have a snack at the bar next to the pool.
There is no pontoon on the beach. Tourists of our hotel are not allowed on the neighboring beach, where there is a pontoon (otherwise we were assured by a travel agency). Wi-fi works only at the reception and the pool.
Everyone goes on a different vacation and we met people who have repeatedly returned to this hotel, but according to my criteria for the rest I put the hotel "4-". About the staff. 5+ restaurant staff - positive, attentive, friendly guys) guys who work at the bar are also good - always with a smile. Room cleaning is normal. The only thing is that the renewal of water or hygiene products was a bit undesirable (if 5 ml of gel per capita is still there, no one will put a new one). Apparently, the hotel policy - "savings should be economical")))
