When we were driving, I also read reviews, and a lot of negative ones were written, I can safely say that bad reviews were paid for by competitors! Sea food and everything is of the highest quality! There were four of us, including our two-year-old child, Anna, a hotel employee, was constantly interested in how our baby was eating, all our wishes regarding food were fulfilled immediately, they even cooked borscht for us, for which many thanks to the chefs! I also want to highlight Ahmed (housekeeping), we had everything, and slippers and bathrobes and sets were replenished every day, despite the fact that they fell out of the basket, there were NO dirty sheets, in my opinion this is generally complete nonsense !! ! The towels were also changed every day! I also want to say a big thank you to all the guys of the Lima restaurant, they tried very hard !! ! Also for the attentive attitude of Inge! They settled us at two in the afternoon, without any delay! We celebrated the New Year, and the event was held at the highest level, we always rested on beach number 4, very friendly staff, always ready to help! Thank them! I don't understand the complaint about ice cream coupons, I didn't see any problem with that! The only negative is that during the days of our stay at the hotel, ice cream was only Nestlé , not Movenpick, but we survived it! And not a very pleasant incident with Zhanna, but I received her written apologies in the mail, and this ended the conflict! Wait For Us Movenpick 17.03. 2019! This hotel won our hearts!
