Отель не понравился! Didn't like the hotel!

We were in this hotel with friends at the end of September 2016. I will say right away - the hotel is below average. Not up to 4 stars. Firstly, everything there is not new, to put it mildly, and secondly, the service also does not shine. Upon check-in, the staff asked for an additional payment for a good room, although this is generally nonsense, everything has already been paid for and the room should initially be given a good one. I didn't like it right away. But we still paid extra.
The room was really good, but the quality of cleaning suffered. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all. There were problems with water. The equipment didn't work. The rest - more or less.
The food is also a minus. There was not enough variety, everything was the same and then not in sufficient quantity. The waiters and bartenders are not friendly, dissatisfied. They constantly hinted at tips. It was unpleasant.

Another big downside is insects. A lot of ants and mosquitoes, I wonder why they don't put nets! In general, it is also quite unpleasant.
Excursions saved our vacation. The brightest and most positive impressions come from them. We went from a travel agency that friends recommended to us. All contacts are on their website. We wrote to them in Viber and booked a trip to Luxor and the island of Utopia. These were the best days of our entire vacation! Thank you guys guides! Everything is interesting and exciting. I advise!
And, of course, I was pleased with the fact for which we actually went to rest - this is the sea. The beach is very close and pretty good.
That's actually all. It is unlikely that we will go to this hotel again, but in principle, if you want to save money and just lie on the beach, it might suit you.
