Good hotel. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon. In general, I liked everything, although of course the hotel has room for improvement.
1. Settlement. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, we were offered to sit down and fill out a form for accommodation. While filling, they offered soft drinks, which, after a tiring move from Sharm, was very helpful. There were no hints of additional payment for the room or anything else. When we entered the room we were shocked. We newlyweds were waiting for two beds, each 1.5 m wide. Immediately the question arose whether someone would be placed with us. And second, where is our honeymoon double bed? We asked to change the room, but there were no other rooms of this type, but with a double bed. Therefore, we moved two beds, thus making one 3m wide.
2. Service personnel. Very friendly, they practically do not know Russian, but they are fluent in English. The entire staff is very polite, always asked how we were doing, smiled, said hello.

3. Room cleaning. They didn't spin the swans, but everything was neat and tidy. The bed was not changed, but we did not require it. If desired, it was possible to leave a special leaflet, which we found among other literature in the room, in a conspicuous place, and I'm sure it would be changed. Trash was taken out daily. Shampoos and other brought, if we used at least one bottle.
4. Food. Every man to his own taste. So saying that I liked the food, I will not say anything. There was always fish, pork and chicken. Lots of vegetables, fresh and in salads. Side dishes - rice, country-style potatoes, sometimes french fries, lasagna... A lot of sweets, fruits - melon, watermelon, apples, apricots, peaches....For a snack in the bar near the pool there were only buns. A good selection of cocktails in the bar, we were not particularly fond of alcoholic ones, so I won’t say anything about them, but I liked the non-alcoholic ones.
5. Pool. One, but big, winding. The water didn't get hot enough during the day. We really liked the grotto, where water flowed from above like in a waterfall. Although the pool is a bit shallow, at its deepest point 1.4m. There is a slide (I will add a photo). She is alone and small, but it was not possible to photograph her properly, because. it is hidden among the stones. It's good to relax here with children, I think so. There is even a 40 cm pool, although I didn’t see a single person there.
6. Sea. Small, here you have to go far to swim. The corals here are dead, there are few fish, although only here we saw a stingray, almost near the shore. There is live coral only near Hyatt, you can walk there at a good pace for about 10 minutes or you can take a free shuttle bus that runs between hotels every half an hour. But it's deep. It’s hard to start snorkeling there, because. I needed time to get used to. There are a lot of marine life there, I saw an octopus, lionfish, cuttlefish and many colorful fish.

7. Accident. We had an emergency on a slide in the pool. A boy was sitting near the hill, who quickly figured out what was needed. He brought bandages and everything you need. They helped us get to the reception, called a doctor, promptly provided first aid and even took us to a medical center 5 minutes away. The doctor then examined us every day. Near the pool in the turmoil, lost some things, incl. and towels that simply did not fit in the hands. After a couple of hours, everything was returned to us by the guys who give out towels, without any extortion. But with the insurance, everything was not so smooth. We decided to immediately get help and pay for it, and not contact the insurance immediately. The return of money took a long time and nerves, because. The local insurance company wanted a number from us, which we could not know, they did not want to give it to the doctor, and they sent us somewhere far away. The representative of the tour operator was also unable to help, although she pretended to be doing something, while waiting a couple of days for us to solve our problems ourselves. Ultimately, we did succeed.
8. Tour operator - Pegasus, they threw it with insurance and with a tour. We went to the bathyscaphe, Elfeya (tour operator) promised us the colorful fish of Dahab, and we were taken to the muddy shores with dead corals of the Pharaohs' Castle. In Israel, I liked the very good organization of the guide, we were taken everywhere very quickly, but constantly counted. They brought them to a special store, where they said that they had to buy all the candles-icons there, because. there won't be time for that elsewhere. They did the same when swimming in the Dead Sea. The Israelis know how to do business.
