This is the most disgusting hotel we have ever seen. And to be honest, we didn’t think that in general this can be seen in 5 stars, but we have seen a lot of them (trips about 4 times a year)! The food is disgusting! Everything is paid - sauna, jacuzzi, hall, etc. , although it is assumed that the system is all inclusive - it's FREE! Internet only at the reception! Bed linen and towels for a week of rest have not been changed NEVER! A VERY DIRTY hotel in itself! Representatives of the BRISCO tour operator is a separate issue: they say to all questions and comments, we don’t care, complain and write wherever you want! Never buy tickets from them! The child got sick, which was confirmed by the doctor at the hotel, the money for the purchased excursions was not returned even a small part! The flight was postponed taking away a day of rest! You can write for a long time, but I think that what is already there is enough not to visit this hotel and not choose this tour operator!
