Read the "forum", if these are excessive requirements of the Visa Application Center, print out the information from the embassy to present. Hey! There were 6 hotels. "Shake out" from all the letters did not work. book one hotel for the entire stay (2-3 weeks), and 5-10 days before you make a refusal in favor of 1-2 days of stay in this hotel. this is if the hotel supports cancellation. Second option. write your own reply letter. when checking out, the hotel will confirm that you actually booked a room for certain dates - but this is dumb. Spaniards are smart. They don't want to lose tourists. once they got visas with subsequent registration at the embassy in Kyiv upon arrival from Spain. but in general - the country Awesome.
