We were disappointed. . According to the tourist portals, the hotel has a very good rating. 4 stars plus. This is what prompted us to make a choice in favor of this hotel. Arriving at the hotel, we had to wait for the room for 2.5 hours, despite the fact that they leave the room until 12.00 in the morning (and check in at 15.00). the hotel is very large, cold, in marble. Reminds me of a concert pavilion from Soviet times. There are very few sofas in the hotel itself, and those that are are in poor condition - greasy, sticky, sewn up in places in a conspicuous place. Fittings in public toilets also leave much to be desired, handles, faucets are old or very loose. We were given a quiet room, and this was perhaps the most pleasant in the hotel (corner on the 2nd floor), do not forget that the numbering in the hotel starts from top to bottom. On the positive side - a beautiful garden and pools (but it's impossible to swim, in January the water in the largest pool is colder than in the ocean, I'm not joking). Not far from the hotel there is a nudist beach, there are no warning signs. In winter, 99% of all residents in the hotel are pensioners, and they feel like the owners of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is a complete disaster, pensioners stand in a bunch an hour before the opening of the restaurant, they literally storm it, somehow book tables (which is generally prohibited), behave defiantly. young people go out to dinner after 20.00 and now I understand why. delicious food ends in an hour, the rest of the food is barely warm, there are no dishes for sauces. The restaurant, like everything in the hotel, is huge, like a factory canteen. Uncomfortable, loud, and chaotic. The staff is very busy with work, mostly unfriendly. All drinks have a strange chemical taste. The wine is highly diluted. The sunbeds by the pool are almost all old and broken. The hotel is NOT all inclusive - Wi-Fi in the room, cappuccino, mojito cocktail, red bull, fresh juice - are paid separately. We noticed that regular guests of the hotel are served better than other guests, apparently the hotel does not need new customers at all. To summarize: the hotel does not pull on 4 stars with a plus. From strength 3. . We do not recommend going there in January if you do not want to be in a nursing home 30 years earlier. One of our worst holidays. Sorry for the waste of time, money and nerves.
