Resting in Tossa, we specially went around many hotels and we didn’t like any more than Neptuno. The town of Tossa de Mar is very small and the "remoteness" from the first line is ridiculous - the whole town costs 10 minutes! It would be hard on this notorious first line, where a bustling nightlife takes place in the evenings and nights. Yes, simply from the lanterns and luminous advertisements of restaurants you can not fall asleep. Least of all I liked the hotels "in the new part" of the city, where they stand right next to each other and on a very narrow street. Therefore, people on the balconies can read a newspaper from a neighbor from the hotel opposite. Rare of these hotels has a pool, let alone a patio. What is very different about the hotel "Neptuno" - its own territory. This is not only a pool and a garden, but also a platform for nightly performances and concerts. Flamenco and a variety of DJs, a magician and guitarists - every day there will be a new program and a lot of fun.

There are many tables with chairs on the site and bar workers serve you until late at night. Children will love the small compartment with a live turtle, the huge chess set under the palm tree, and the red and gold fish in their mini pool. The pool for children and adults is small, but we came for the sake of the sea. Didn't even get to dive into it. They did not get tired of looking at old rarities on chests of drawers on the way to the dining room-restaurant. And the velvet embroidered paths under the paintings, and the chests of drawers themselves are touching. Knight in armor, as a monument and the final point in the design! Don't forget to look in the folder in your room - there is not only a description of the hotel, but a coupon for a discount when traveling on a boat trip! We discovered this upon departure - it's a shame, it would be nice. There are many excursions from Tossa. However, out of competition Barcelona. We spent three days there before going to Tossa. "Barcelona is worth a mass" - I can safely change the saying. No matter how much you read

We saw for ourselves how well thought out bus tourist routes around the city are. Three routes cover the entire city, changing at any place, you can visit all museums and attractions. But do not expect to plan the day yourself - there are such crowds of people that it is better to buy a ticket to Sagrada in advance for other days. Same with Gaudi. Yes, don't forget to visit the largest circular aquarium in Europe. I envy football fans, how much is prepared for them in special shops. And it is impossible not to visit the pride of the Barç a fans - their stadium. A special place in the city is its ancient part - the "old city". You can get there by metro, walk from Plaza Catalunya. And there is a movement not just around the city, but also in time: the old walls and streets hug and hang over the Middle Ages. You forget that just a block away, the modern life of a huge metropolis is in full swing.

For the first time when traveling through Europe, we felt the care of the city for our tired legs - on the hill with the royal castle, you can "ascend" on the escalators! And so they were inscribed in the greenery of lawns and trees that they do not contradict the surrounding antiquity. Bravo Barcelona! And how many more fabulous places in the Costa Brava and Spain! Mount Montserrat and the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres, sea caves and walks along the coast. If you are planning to visit Madrid and other inland Spanish cities, then it is better to do this from the airport of Barcelona or Girona - it is far away and the land route will take up a lot of precious vacation time. And when you arrive in Tossa, you will find almost all such attractions here in miniature: your castle on the mountain, your medieval city and cathedral, your own art gallery (ask near the bus station), even the sea is "your own", special - warm, with small bays and a huge central beach.

Have a wonderful holiday in Tossa de Mar, and wonderful experiences!

A hotel with its own zest: decoration in a Mediterranean style and rooms, and especially the halls. Each room has free Wi-Fi, wooden furniture, TV, air conditioning, tiled floor, bathroom. unit with a complete set - bath, bidet, toilet, hair dryer. Shampoo and liquid soap are poured in a dispenser above the bath - very convenient to use. Cleaning is fast with disinfection (! ). The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating to all requests. If you book on your own, describe all your wishes in the application - sea view, number of beds, pillows : )), floor and body of the building (if you look, there are 3 of them and each has its own view from the balcony). The restaurant left a great impression. For a 3 star hotel, this is the height of service. Very tasty coffee from a coffee machine of all types: classic, espresso and either 4 or 6 other items. Croissants are baked right in the hall. I didn’t eat such hot-hot in Paris!

One of the chefs works right in the hall and cooks in front of you in the morning - scrambled eggs, bacon, fried vegetables. In the evening, something from - pancakes, pancakes, vegetables, fish, meat. By the way, there are several types of fish in the evening and each time is different. And almost every day, seafood: squid, mussels, something else. The sommelier takes requests for drinks in the evenings and will advise on your taste from a large list. You can leave an unfinished bottle of wine (they will mark your room number on it) and bring it chilled tomorrow. In one of the living rooms, opposite the elevator, there is a library (mainly, of course, in Spanish), we left a detective there in Russian - to dilute, so to speak, the monotony. Let's make a Russian section of the library! The perfect end to the dinner is a concert program by the pool with service from the bar. Do not forget to look in the brochure that is put on every table in the rooms - there is a coupon with a discount for a boat trip.

We noticed him after it, a trifle, but it was a pity. In the hotel, as elsewhere in Spain, there is no soundproofing, but you don’t have time to notice this misunderstanding: we were in the room before breakfast, only changed clothes during the day, and came to bed late at night. Neighbors slept quietly : )))). In general, the hotel left a very pleasant impression, and the rest in the fabulous medieval town was above expectations. Have a wonderful holiday in Spain!
