Hello to all travelers!!!
Rested in Spain for the first time, with family. Enjoyed the holiday very much! But I can not say that everything was just perfect. I want to talk about all the advantages and disadvantages of this hotel.
Advantages:
1. If you are going to relax with children - this hotel is for you. Very good animation program. The kids always have something to do. However, if you prefer silence, there is nothing for you to do there. Once again, you won't be able to take a nap.
2. Good food at the hotel. For children, too, you can find something tasty. Lots of fruits and sweets. However, at lunch and dinner, all drinks are paid, even juices and water. But there are also many cafes, restaurants for every taste and many shops right next to the hotel. There is always something to eat.

3. Excellent beach!! ! And, despite the fact that it is possible to take a sunbed and an umbrella by the pool for free, I would advise you to spend money on them on the beach, but then relax in silence. It turns out not so expensive - 4 euros for a sunbed and 5 euros for an awning for the whole day. In addition, if you don’t take a sunbed at 6 in the morning, you can stay without it, since the entrance to the hotel is free and many locals come to sunbathe on the territory and take all the free places. You can go to lunch, no one will touch things, but it's better to take valuables!! ! The beach is wonderful - soft sand, clean water, peace and quiet. You can get a massage right on the beach for 10 euros. It is inexpensive, because the hotel massage is expensive and strictly at a certain time.
4. The Spaniards are quite a friendly nation and the hotel will always be happy to help you. There are Russian-speaking staff, but they are somewhere around 2-3 people. Few people know English, but you will still be understood.
5. The hotel has two swimming pools, two bars, two restaurants, a lot of entertainment.
6. There are many different souvenirs. There is something to choose from. You can bargain, but not everywhere.
7. I advise everyone to go on excursions!! ! Insanely interesting for both adults and children! In addition, you can decently stock up, especially if you get into the sale season.
Now about the main thing - about the cons:
1. VERY NOISY!! ! Everywhere and always! Not only foreigners, but also the local public rest in the hotel. The people are very loud and unceremonious. Terribly out of control Spanish children! It was very stressful. Those whose windows overlooked the pool were especially unlucky, because there is noise around the clock - children scream during the day, and in the evening the animation program rattles until 2 am. So, if you are traveling with a child or simply prefer to relax in silence, it makes sense to ask for a room with windows overlooking the sea or the courtyard when you check in.
2. They steal in Spain!! ! All valuables, even if you leave the room for a minute, put them in a safe or suitcase with a combination lock. I'm not talking about trips from the hotel. You really need to keep everything to yourself! These are not just words. In every arrival of tourists, something from someone disappears. Personally, we did not use the safe, but put all the valuables - passports, tickets, money, camera, jewelry, etc. in a suitcase with a combination lock.
3. About the cleaning of the rooms and the service in general, you need to say separately.

Personally, when I go to rest, I always give the maid in my hands for 2-3 days, if you leave money on the table they won’t take it, a pretty decent amount, by their standards. So I did this time. The room was cleaned every day, but HOW!! ! Sheets and towels were really changed daily, but the dirty floor, dirty bathroom, sink and toilet suggested sad thoughts. They, it seemed to me, were not washed during our entire holiday - 2 weeks !! ! Shower gel, shampoo and soap bags were regularly placed in the bathroom, but toilet paper was always in abundance. Nothing else. In general, I want to warn you right away that the Spaniards are a very leisurely people and in order to get something from them, you need to ask at least 3 times. Don't let it upset or offend you. These are their standards of communication.
4. The rooms do not have a bar and a TV remote control. You will need to pay extra for them. Expensive and doesn't make any sense. Drinks in the hotel are much more expensive than in the store, which is located a stone's throw from the hotel.
5. The biggest problem that we encountered in the first days of rest is that you should not be late for a meal even for a minute. If you linger a little, a huge queue forms at the restaurant, out of 60 people. You have to stand. And in general, by the end of dinner, the food begins to run out.
We still really enjoyed our stay and personally I would go there again. Recomend for everybody!!!! !
