This hotel looks much better in the photo than in reality. We traveled as a group, there were 12 of us. In terms of food, we had breakfasts and dinners included in the tour, the food is not tasty, the service is also not the best. The guys wanted bathrobes and slippers, but they were refused, the service is mediocre at the hotel. There are 2 pools on the territory and that's it, no lawns, no recreation areas, areas around the pools, there is nothing like that. There is a jacuzzi, but only a few people can relax there, there is not enough space for a large company. The beach is 15 minutes walk, it is not on the coastline. It was interesting for us to take a walk, we rested with small children, but for those tourists who want a beach near the hotel, it will be far away. The guide is just doing his job. We ourselves work in a 5 * hotel and understand what service should be. This hotel does not correspond to 4 *, it pulls on 3 * and no more.
