Our family of fidgets out of 14 days only 5 in total was on the beach. The rest of the time we spent on trips. We visited Valencia and the aquarium, were repeatedly in Tarragona and Reus, Barcelona. We went to La Pineda beach (1 time and visited the Dorado restaurant - I recommend it), went to the beaches of Salou, were in a fishing village - seafood is cheaper in restaurants there than in Salou and La Pineda. Free disco flyers are distributed on the beaches of Salou, so you do not need to buy from tour operators. In general, it is not worth going through them on the first trips. If you have already experienced everything and everything before and you just need something special - Natalie Tours has enough of it - exclusive visits to La Perdera, museums, houses, etc. only it is worth paying for. We go in, click on the floor, the elevator closes and immediately opens, only a few minutes later, after the elevator closes and opens five times, it can go. And so almost every time. About the restaurant in the hotel, oh, that's a special topic. The first days were normal, after 2-3 days, instead of orange juice, they began to give us simply orange-colored water. Dishes, namely tablespoons and teaspoons, knives and forks were dirty, not washed. We had to wipe the fruits with a napkin before eating them. Watermelon, cut into pieces, was often sour, it seemed to me that it was poured with lemon juice. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I have only negative memories of the hotel.

Opposite the hotel there is a bus stop, which, however, never arrives on time. so do not skip breakfast - the bus will still be late for 15 minutes, and you will be left with rations, which you still cannot eat on the bus, and then, during the tour, there is no time. We went on 3 excursions with TEZ, and we took Barcelona from Plana (they have a red stall on the street next to the hotel) - they are cheaper, plus discounts on subsequent purchases, everything is fine, with a Russian guide, of high quality. On a sightseeing tour, we stayed in Barcelona for another 4 hours, so our checks worked as return tickets for the Plana bus, and we got to the hotel for free. Very comfortable and well thought out. So summary: very good 3 * for a relaxing holiday. Willingly answer questions and share information by email.

We checked into the hotel on 07/14/2011. Waking up on the morning of 07/15/2011, we found a full bed of lice (!!! ). We were moved to another room, our things were taken away to be washed. From washing things were returned two days. We did not count after this washing of two towels and a T-shirt. When asked to return the missing items, the answer was that they returned everything.

I liked the food (we had breakfast / dinner) very much - every day several types of meat (veal / lamb, chicken / turkey, pork), there was fish, seafood, several types of fruits and dried fruits (apples, oranges, peaches, plums, melon, grapes, figs, prunes). The only thing that surprised us was that the air conditioner did not work. We were told that their "air conditioning season" starts on 15/06. But, with the balcony open, it was not at all hot for us. Fortunately, the hotel is located on a quiet street, the noise did not interfere with sleep. And during the day we spent the whole day either on the beach or on excursions. In Salou, we often walked. Nice 20 minute walk along the coast. I advise you to definitely visit Montserrat and Barcelona. On our own we went to Taragona and Reus (the city in which Gaudi was born and where I advise you to visit the Gaudi Museum). And of course, don't miss a visit to the Aventura Park. A sea of pleasant impressions! Anyone who plans to travel a lot, I advise you to buy a special card for several trips. We took 10 trips. Travel is much cheaper. If a one-time trip by public transport cost 1.8-2 euros, then with a card 0.99 euros. On it we went to the Aventura Park, Salou, Reus and Taragona.
