Where to complain about a company that organizes excursions?
Hello!
We were in Salou in September. We took excursions and a not too pleasant situation arose with the guide (two times after the excursions, transportation to hotels was not properly provided). After returning, they filed a complaint with ITravex, which organized excursions. The company considered our claims, but sided with the guide (the guide, of course, exposes himself as white and fluffy and declares that we are all lying and everything was great).
So I would like to go further and complain about ITravex already. Where can you go with complaints?
Thank you in advance.

The most you can do is to give this incident the maximum publicity. For example, write relevant reviews on all kinds of travel sites.

What does properly mean? Have you been taken to a hotel or not? Was it mentioned on the tour? Were you picked up from the hotel? The guide is a performer, he has a program from the company. It is not the guide who decides (if not a private tour) whom to lead where.

Complain...?? Of course, in the social network, but these companies have so many "white and fluffy" reviews written by one hand ... Your "black and shabby" will simply be lost among the "white and fluffy" .... So this maximum is reduced to a minimum, but There is no other...

What does proper delivery mean? They usually drop off where they pick up. One or two or three stops in the city (depending on its size). Towns in the Costa Dorada are small, everything is within walking distance. This is not Turkey, where you will be picked up directly at the hotel and brought to it.
Costa Dorada - there all the towns are small, everything is within walking distance.
All tour companies in Spain are licensed. If there is a desire to participate in the showdown, then it makes sense to write to the licensing authority. Only hardly anyone will seriously consider a claim that is not supported by documents.

Will the details of the incident somehow affect which authority should be contacted with a complaint against the firm?
They took us from the hotel (more precisely, from the nearest stop to the hotel, as agreed). But after the tour, they refused to take us to this stop and, despite our objections, they dropped us off at another one, which was further from the hotel. The guide claims that she politely asked us to get out there, but this was not entirely true. At first she asked, but when we refused, she pretended not to hear the objections and repeated "Thank you for understanding!". When we still didn’t come out, she began to threaten to take us to another city. Although, it was agreed that we should be taken back to the same stop at which we sat down.
So I think that the transportation to the hotels (well, or to the stops) was not done properly. And the company was rude in response to my complaint about the guide, who decided to drop us off where she wanted, and not where it was supposed to.
Negative reviews have already been written. This is clear.
I am interested in the licensing authorities and other similar instances.
