The location of the hotel is just perfect for walking around the city - the very center + proximity to the tourist office, where you can get a map of the city and all the necessary information where? what? why? + proximity to the port and all major attractions.
The hotel itself is in dire need of renovation. We have stayed there twice. The first time the number was still tolerably shabby, and the second time just killed. The staff is friendly, at the reception they speak English (by the way, this is almost for happiness).
Therefore, for the price and location 10 points, but for cleanliness and repair 3.
