In Spain, not the first time, but in Mallorca for the first time. We completely trusted our travel agent, who chose and advised this tour. The tour operator was Pegasus, the transfer from the airport to our town was 40 minutes (other tourists were transported). The town of Santa Ponsa is small and quiet, with many elderly couples and couples with children. The hotel is 3 *, which is normal for Europe (compared to Turkey, the UAE, then 5 * clearly). The reception does not speak Russian, so learn English. The double room was excellent, cleaned every day. The food (we had "all inclusive") is just excellent, the variety of dishes and fruits was amazing. Any gourmet will find something to eat, sweet tooth will also be satisfied (3 types of ice cream, cakes and pastries). The beach is very close (municipal), the weather was great, we took one excursion (per person 48 euros with lunch), the excursion was for the whole day from 8 to 18. We went to Palma (stop next to bus number 102 passage 4.60) a beautiful city and The sales season was amazing. Go boldly to Mallorca, as well as to Santa Ponsa and the Santa Ponsa Playa hotel.
