(they are very fond of tourists who know English well, any problems are instantly solved). The room is decent, but there is one minus: in the bedroom, the common wall with the corridor, in my opinion, is not even made of cardboard, but of paper - such audibility, you can hear not only the conversations of everyone passing by, but even steps, not to mention the music in bar, had to wait for the show to end. (they really like tourists who know English well, they immediately decide (they ended at 23-30). The hotel area is small, but well-groomed, the attitude is excellent, they don’t divide their tourists into Russians and other vacationers, they treat everyone the same. Entertainment is also everyone will find to your liking: there are water aerobics and aerobics, paintball, football, volleyball, exercise bikes twice a week, a lotto is held at 16 o'clock, the animators hold a lotto very cool, laughter is guaranteed and at the same time you can win prizes - t-shirts, towels, umbrellas, caps, etc. At 11 o’clock various shooting games take place: from a bow, pneumatics, darts, medals are given for the first place. Children at 11 o’clock are taken (those who wish, of course) to a mini-club (4-7 years old) and a maxi-club ( 8-12 years old), for the elders there is a teenager club, the children in this club, among other things, drew on T-shirts, vases, made baubles. On Monday and Thursday, kids ride a pony at 15 o'clock, it costs 5 euros.
We were driven around a large playground for 6 laps, and the older ones are offered to ride big horses on the ranch on Fridays (they even rode along the seashore), it costs 20 euros. In the evening from 20-30 to 21-30 there is a children's mini-disco, but not only a disco is held, prizes are also raffled off and children are allowed to make faces and "rage". From 22-00, adult animation is also quite decent, animation is not always on its own, visiting artists are also invited, and once a casino was held where it was possible, after gaining the maximum number of chips, to win a massage in the lifeguard. All the animation during the day takes place near the main pool, so, unfortunately, sunbathing by the sea, the animation passes by them.
The food at the hotel is excellent, it’s impossible not to overeat (forgive me for being rude), there is no monotony, something new happens every day: either fondue, or shawarma, or trout in a salt coat, or fried shark, etc.
A lot of different meat and seafood, a huge amount of fruits, there were those whose names we don’t even know and, accordingly, we ate for the first time. And also good juices in bars and restaurants, not diluted yupi, but packaged juices.
Our youngest child had a birthday during the stay. They brought champagne to our room, baked a cake in the restaurant and the waiters sang "Happy Bestday" (this service is paid, but for some reason it was provided to us for free, however, as a token of gratitude, we gave a tip), and in the evening for the animation, the child was called to the stage and a dog and a cat (animated animals) congratulated, presented a gift (bought by parents in advance) and also sang a song. In fairness, I must say that mom and dad also had a hand in this and ordered everything the day before and warned everyone about the upcoming day, so don't expect a miracle.

The sea is very warm and gentle, just awesome, you don’t want to get out. We didn’t even take sunbeds, because.
they stand at some distance from the sea and, firstly, running on hot sand is not always pleasant, and secondly, there is a breeze near the sea, and a little further away it is already very hot, and children mostly sit in the sea, and not on sunbeds. Sunbeds cost 4.5 euros each, an umbrella is included free of charge. On the day of departure, it was necessary to vacate the room at 12 o’clock, and the flight was at 00-20, but we were left in our own room without any problems and did not even take an extra charge (I don’t know why). By the way, an uncle in a black business suit walks around the hotel - this is the manager, contact him in case of problems, but there must be good English. It was he who left us in the room on the last day, for which many thanks to him. There is a Russian girl Tatyana at the reception, but she is not always in the power to decide anything, but the girl is quite nice and pleasant. Guide Natalya was never seen, why she is needed is not clear, she does not solve problems, she does not really know excursions.
Now, about excursions, I highly, highly recommend taking a car, firstly it’s cheaper, and secondly, see for yourself what you want. We took a fiat panda from the vanrell agency, exit the hotel and walk to the right for about 7 minutes, on the opposite side of the hotel (by the way, there is an enjoj cafe nearby, take a cup of coffee or beer and the Internet just flies, but slows down in the hotel. Sit as long as you want) . The car for 5 days cost us 193 euros. There were no problems with ordering a car, the car didn’t let us down either, it dragged us through the mountains, through the valleys for 5 days, it never died out, didn’t boil, didn’t let us down. The roads are excellent, signs are everywhere, so don't be afraid to take a car. On the first day we went to Cape Formentor, the beauty is extraordinary, but try to arrive before 10-30 because there are fewer people, then just crowds, brought by buses. From the observation deck, the road goes to the right, up, higher into the mountains, drive, do not be afraid, the road is good, there are very few cars.
Having climbed to the very top to the watchtower, we saw only 2 cars, look at the island from a bird's eye view. Then we went down to the beach, I also recommend a visit. The beach is beautiful, the water is just like a mirror, but parking costs 10 euros, there is simply nowhere else to park. On this day, we also went to the Luke Monastery, there is an icon of the black-faced Virgin Mary with a baby, there is a botanical garden and a swimming pool in the monastery, you can swim, but it costs 1 euro per person, in fact there is nothing more interesting there, we didn’t appreciate it, but the heat may have interfered. We drove along the mountain serpentine (once again I say that the road is calm, the traffic is small, but what a beauty it must be seen with your own eyes) to the village of Deya - it is considered the second unofficial capital of Mallorca, then we swept through Valldemossa.
The next day we went to the dragon caves, they are in Porto Cristo. The caves are launched every hour at 10:00.11:00.12:00... 17:00.
I recommend arriving in advance (I will explain why later), we arrived as early as 10-15. It costs 12 euros per person, including children, though this does not apply to children up to about 5 years old - they go for free. From the ticket office to the left along the road you will come to the entrance, stand near the entrance and be among the first, and foreigners love to create decorous queues everywhere. At the entrance to the caves, a man will conduct a tour, though in German, English and French. I got the impression that we were the only Russians in the caves. he will tell you that in these caves the largest underground lake open to the public is 5 meters deep, he will tell you about stalactites that look like spaghetti, he will show you a small local beach. At the end, you will be offered a short show, during which boats decorated with lanterns will sail past you back and forth, accompanied by music. Actually, it's beautiful.
So, at the entrance to the hall, sit in the corner farthest from the entrance (if you stand facing the benches, then on the right hand), in the first row, because at the very end they take you in boats for free on this lake closer to the exit. And if you sit correctly, you will find yourself right next to the pier and you will not have to stand in a huge queue, because there are 95 percent of those who want to ride there, respectively, save time, nerves, etc. That is why at the very beginning I recommended that you be among the first, firstly, everyone will hear what they will tell you, and secondly, there will be a choice of seats at the entrance to the hall. In general, we liked the caves, so I recommend it. Later we were told that there are also caves in Arta and that they are the most beautiful in Majorca, but less popular. Unfortunately, we didn't get there. Maybe you can go and tell us. If anything, at the reception they all show and tell where and how to get there and give maps.
We were given a map of the island along with the car. After the caves, we swam in Porto Cristo (again there was a problem with parking, but we poked somewhere and even for free). We liked the beach in Alcudia more. Then we went to the zoo, or as they say nature park (St. Eugenij). There is an area with lamours that do not sit in cages, but run around you. They can be stroked, touched and, if possible, picked up. There are similar zones with some bird species. Well, ordinary animals in cages, that is, tigers, lions, panthers, monkeys, etc. An ordinary zoo, but the children liked it. There are no tours, so there were very few people. Entrance is 6 euros.
The next day we went to the water park, chose aqualand, because this is the largest water park in Mallorca. In my opinion, it’s not worth wasting money and time, but it’s up to you, the children again like it. You will pay for the entrance (something around 24 euros, I don’t remember exactly), but when entering the water park itself, keep in mind that sunbeds cost 3.
5€/piece, circles 12€, locker 5€ and for each item you will be charged a deposit of 2€. But, on the other hand, there are always free sunbeds, circles and lockers. In principle, you don’t have to pay for laps, but then you just have to queue first for the lap, then for the hill. If you took a circle for a fee, then it is always yours, no one will take it away from you and you save time standing in lines. And the queues, I can tell you, there are just huge. On one of the slides we stood for 40 minutes. In general, for the entire stay in the water park, we managed to ride only 7 times, thanks to the queues. The water park closes at 6 pm, even in season. Keep this in mind.
The next day we went on an excursion to katamanda, which means upside down house. Katamandu is located in Magaluf, the entrance is 19.9 euros for an adult, 14.9 euros for a child, while this tour costs exactly 2 times more from the hotel.
Katamandu is an interactive house where you will go up on a hundred-a-arin elevator (it will seem that you are going down and now you will get stuck). then the room is all hung with mirrors and, by God, it is not clear where to go. Our youngest child counted all the mirrors with his forehead. Further along the way, various robots move, eat balloons, hug and give flowers to each other. There is a 4D zone where, wearing glasses, fish swim around you, and in another place the floor moves and trembles under you and a shark attacks - very cool. And it’s even more fun to watch people how they squeal and wave their hands away from a creature invisible to you. Come on in, we really enjoyed it. Then we swam in magaluf (again, a problem with parking). In general, the beach in Alcudia seemed to us the best, and the water is the warmest. Maybe because "ours"? !
We decided to dedicate the last day to Palma. This is where everything in the world was cursed.
On the map that we were given at the reception, they could not find a single street. Got lost a few times. We barely found the road that leads to the cathedral. We walked around the cathedral. Then we went to look for a pedestrian street, asked several times until we found it. There are specialized liquor stores along this street, but unfortunately when we got to them they were all closed for siesta. Siesta is usually from 2 pm to 5 pm. We had lunch in a cafe, ate a real paella. With grief in half got out of the palm tree. By the way, on the way to Palma from Alcudia, there is a leather shop in the Inca area. Very good quality item. Prices are cheap compared to Russia, expensive compared to the market in Alcudia. For example, belts in the store cost from 11 euros and more (we took an average of 20), but they will select the right belt for you, which will "sit" on you and adjust it to your size. We have such belts for 3000 rubles, they get 800 rubles.
There is a belt on the market for 5 euros, but, however, they say that it is made in China, not Spain, and no one will customize it for you, so decide for yourself. By the way, the market in Alcudia is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Not far from the hotel there is an EROSKI supermarket, where we took home olive oil (on average 3 euros per liter) and wine.
Well, that's probably all. We loved the hotel, loved Mallorca and loved the holiday. Go, you won't regret it. Good luck to all! ! !
