We rested in Mallorca in the En Arenal area from 06/28 to 07/05/2011, bought a ticket from the tour operator - "Natalie Tours". The round-trip flight went fine with TRANSAERO, although we received luggage for almost an hour (on arrival and on returning home too), representatives of the tour operator performed transfer services, but for some reason the transfer guide, after dropping us off at the Saga hotel, quickly evaporated, we arrived there at 13.00, and at the reception we were “rejoiced” that they had check-in only from 14.00 (by this time the guide was already gone)!
We spent an hour with things in the lobby, but at 14.00 no one gave us a room, as a result, tired of the heat and inconvenience, we ended up in our room only at 16.00!
The room was small, but clean with normal bed linen and towels, beds in good condition and working plumbing.

As for the food in this hotel - breakfasts are monotonous, boiled eggs, cereals, milk, ham and sausage of medium scall, sometimes normal cheese, unripe tomatoes.
Dinners pleased, as a rule, the choice was fish, chicken, meat, normal side dishes and desserts, for 8 days of stay there were only 2 fruits (watermelon, melon).
As for the hotel, I read reviews before the trip, there were big doubts whether it was necessary to go to this hotel ? , but a friend persuaded her, her vacation was ending, and other hotels were not confirmed and, according to her, “normal people will not write”.
Now I really regret that I succumbed to these persuasion, I am writing so that someone does not find themselves in the same ridiculous situation! For 8 days (7 nights) of stay, we managed to sleep at best 10-12 hours!
I agree that sleepless nights are absolutely normal on vacation, BUT when you arrange them for yourself, they still alternate with a healthy sleep. In this hotel, 70-80% of the residents are students, mostly Germans and Spaniards, with the majority of Germans being Turks and Kurds who speak German and call themselves Germans...
They behave cheekily, do not consider anyone, the screams start either at 00.30 or upon their return from the clubs at about 3 am (both options are possible at the same time) they gather in companies on the balconies, yelling songs, knocking on plastic buckets, ( of which they drink alcohol all day in the heat, a crowd of 8-10 people from long boiler tubes) run along the corridors, knock on all doors, if you suddenly forget to close the room from the inside, uninvited guests may appear in your room in the middle of the night.
Everything that comes to hand flies from the balconies, starting from toilet paper, ending with plastic chairs, eggs brought from a restaurant, slippers, etc. All this disgrace lasts until 07.00 - 07.30 hours, then they are cut down (sometimes sitting right on the balconies) and in the evening the continuation follows...

In the elevators they arrange a pigsty, sometimes they didn’t even want to go in, because of the smell, puddles on the floor and garbage. Once the residents of nearby houses called the police, it was the only night when you could sleep! , but the next day everything happened again.
Acquaintances lived around the corner in the Grazia Hotel, the same stardom as the Saga, but nothing like that happened there.
I was also “lucky” with the hotel guide, her name was Natalia (she herself is from Moldova). It was impossible to get an answer to any specific question, at a meeting that took place on the 2nd day of rest at 16.00 (she was not only late and talked endlessly on her mobile phone,
and 10-12 people sat and waited), began to read out from the information folder, what time we can have breakfast, and how long does it take to get from the airport! To the request to speak on the merits, and not to waste our time, it was stated - “. . . I am standing here in front of you, say thank you and in general I do not come in order to listen to you! ” All further communication was built according to the scheme to sit - be silent, let me speak - open your mouth!
It is very convenient to get to Palma, buses run on schedule, if you go along the longest route number 15, the road will take 40 minutes.
I advise you to go to Formentor, the most beautiful places. Have a good rest and pleasant impressions!
