Sounds terrifying. . . But in fact, we are talking about the most amazing and wonderful vacation on the Spanish island of Tenerife (for a person of the post-Soviet space - the Canary Islands).

A special THANK YOU (!!! ) to the kind angel of all our travels Katya Ustimuk "na" for the fact that in any situation, thanks to her participation, we always find ourselves in a winning position. Vivat, Vivanta!! !

We dreamed about the Canaries for a long time. At the beginning of summer, we saw a reasonable price for a vacation in August at the HOVIMA hotel chain and decided to take a chance with booking. Tried to book Hovima Santa Maria through Join Up, booking denied with an offer to consider Hovima Atlantis or Hovima Jardin Caleta. After hesitating, they agreed to Atlantis. All the same, the location in the center of civilization. There were 2 months left before the holidays. Relaxing, we began to make plans. After 2 weeks Join Up canceled our flight to Tenerife (and not only. . . ). Urgently tried to rebook through TPG. Hovima Atlantis no longer accepted, only Hovima Jardin Caleta remained for consideration. Agreed, the hotel confirmed. Realizing that we will not live in the center and, having read reviews on the rest, we decided that we would rent a car. We are a family of 3 and bus fares would cost more than renting a car for a week. The car was ordered immediately from home from the company ORCAR, confirmation was also received. They began to read the site "Tenerife in Russian", print out the necessary information, maps, routes. A week before the rest, there was a feeling that we knew the whole island by heart. 3 days before departure, TPG sends a letter of apology to our tour operator, due to the bankruptcy of one of the hosts and their late payment to the Hovima Jardin Caleta hotel, the hotel cannot accept us for the entire period of our vacation. Therefore, they offer to consider the option of “another hotel” for a week, followed by relocation for 4 days in Jardin Caleta, or they are ready to fully refund our money. Oh how!! ! Tarpaulin boot on a crystal dream!! ! It happens!! ! Through the incredible efforts of our tour operator Ekaterina "Vivanta Travel" and our tantrums, we received an alternative option for the Ponderosa apart-hotel in the center of Las Americas for 7 days, followed by relocation to the Hovima Jardin Caleta hotel for 4 days in the fishing village of La Caleta. By the time of the rest (departure) we lost faith in the success of this adventure so many times that even when we stood at the airport and looked for the numbers of check-in counters for the flight in Tenerife on the scoreboard, I personally no longer believed that the combination of letters on the TENERIFE scoreboard means what I mean think. I just couldn't believe we were going to get there. But that's where the "sad" part ended and a fantastic vacation began. In order not to miss anything, I had to keep a diary...

08/19/2018. The flight from Kyiv took 6 hours, flew out clearly without delay. Air carrier UIA. I was pleasantly surprised that water, tea, coffee were offered on board at no extra charge. Flew perfectly, South airport. Ola, Spain!! ! This is our first holiday in Europe!! ! Passport control - no problem. The seals were placed as if with closed eyes (visa-free! ). We received the luggage and met with the accompanying guide. The guide was sooooo puzzled where to check us in, she had information on us Ponderosa Jardin Caleta, - there is no such hotel (((They explained, laughed. We got to the hotel at local time at one in the morning. The room was given at lightning speed, without surcharges 11th floor, view apartment 1105. Additional information about the hotel with a photo is in the corresponding section of the website.

08/20/2018 First morning in Tenerife. We woke up at 7 in the morning, half an hour later breakfast, and outside the window was night. The lanterns are shining, it feels like 3 am, the stars are in the sky, the sky itself is black. In half an hour it began to get light. It was literally morning before our eyes. Marvelous!! ! Woke up and came for breakfast. The hotel restaurant is small and cozy. There are clean tablecloths on the tables, they are covered with disposable paper ones on top, which greatly facilitates the work of the waiters in cleaning and speeds up the process. The waiters themselves are very kind, smart, friendly. According to the assortment for breakfast (every day the same): fried bacon, 2 types of sausage, cheese, sausages, potato pancakes, fried, boiled, peeled eggs (cooked without shells), several types of pastries (eclairs, muffins, croissants, cheesecakes) , pancakes with various toppings, croutons. Several types of oatmeal, jams, yogurt, canned pineapples. Fruits - bananas, apples, pears, kiwi. Drinks - coffee from vending machines, tea, hot milk, fruit smoothies.

We had breakfasts and dinners included (lunches were not taken intentionally), so I can’t say anything about lunch, I didn’t see it.

After breakfast, we went around the surroundings of the hotel, to look around. The landscapes from all sides of our floor were amazing. It is cloudy in the morning and the mountains are opposite from above in the clouds, very picturesque! We went out into the street, the cleanliness everywhere caught my eye, ideal roads with clear markings, smooth sidewalks, curbs, bins for sorting garbage, footpaths, crossings. Everywhere palm trees, lawns, flowers, cacti. Very disciplined drivers - they let pedestrians pass at the crossings, slow down on any cars. The terrain is mountainous, hence the slides, slopes almost everywhere. Along the sidewalks there are many benches in the shade for relaxing. There are several parks near the hotel. Palm trees, of course. We walked to SIAM Mall, a large shopping center, many interesting shops, while they are still closed in the morning. We only went to the Hipper Dino supermarket, bought water, wine, some small things. The price of wine starts from 1.5 euros. We returned to the hotel to meet our guide.

Guide Svetlana asked how it was so “interesting” for us to book as many as 2 hotels for one vacation. They explained that not with us, but with you. We bought tickets to Siam Park and Loro Park from her, asked the basics, agreed to keep in touch.

After meeting with the guide, we went to the beach in front of the Troy Hotel, which, in my opinion, is the most successful in the area. The ocean is relatively warm, but refreshing, 23-24 degrees. There are no waves on the beach due to the breakwaters, swimming is comfortable, the sand is gray throughout Costa Adeje. Black sand is to be found in Los Gigantos on Playa de La Arena beach. In the area where our Panderosa was located, Playa Fanabe beach is also within walking distance. It is also quite equipped, beautiful, palm trees and a green lawn are planted on the slopes. Throughout the entire embankment (14 km we were told) from La Caleta to Los Cristianos, there are many cafes, restaurants, barkers stand near each, African Americans walk along the Embankment with glasses, watches, bags. Lots of shops, McDonald's (with free wi-fi). August, as it turned out, is a period of crazy sales. In Benetton, the prices were so outrageous that people rushed around the store with armfuls of things. Many brand shops Armani, Hugo Boss, Tomi Hilfiger, Pepe Jeans.

21.08. 2018 SIAM PARK. Immediately after breakfast we went to the first planned park SIAM PARK across the road from our hotel. At the entrance, they took our tickets, took our fingerprints, issued other tickets (for visiting LORO PARK), inspected the backpack for the presence of glass and issued a map of the park. The territory of the park is large, green well-groomed. There are many recreation areas, we are located in the Wave Palace area, this is the edge of the park. It was possible inside the park on different islets in greenery in the relax zone. At that time, I counted 17 attractions. We didn’t manage to do everything because of the queues. What to do-high season, the Canaries are in demand! All attractions in the park are very large-scale. The slides are equipped with lighting, laser beams, waterfalls and whirlpools. We had to wait in lines for 20-30 minutes, but not in the sun, but in the shade of green spaces or umbrellas. Also, in the queues, park employees distributed water to those who wished for free. There are instructors and lifeguards on all the slides, and they keep a close eye on the order in the park. There are "donuts" for descent for 1 person, 2.3, 4, boats, rugs. There are relaxation zones, activity zones, a mini-zoo in the form of black swans and fur seals, various sun loungers on the territory. The most interesting slides, in my opinion, are Volcano and Dragon. I did not master the "Tower of Power". Very scary!! ! Although I climbed on it, I stood in line, I passed the briefing and at the last moment changed my mind about going. They say that its height is commensurate with the height of an eight-story building, but if you climb it and look, then due to the local relief you can see the entire coast of Las Americas. Even our 11th floor in Ponderosa is lower than her. 3 seconds of free fall from this height is too much for me. Although children over 1.40 are allowed on the slide (stay meters are available on all slides with age restrictions, and this is strictly monitored). There are cameras on all the slides, some even inside the slides, and very nice young instructors. Despite the very large flow of people, everyone is treated very kindly. Advice to future visitors to the park is to have coral slippers, it is not very convenient in flip flops, and either do not take valuables with you or hand them over to the lockers on a turn-key basis. At the closing of the park, at 18.00, once again we got high from the location of our hotel: we crossed the road - and we are at home))).

22.08. 18 RENT A CAR. We found the ORCAR office on the Fanabe beach without any problems. In 5 minutes we received the pre-ordered car. We were lucky: we ordered a Renault Twingo and received a white Seat Ibiza, mileage 103.000 for 88 euros for a week. Gasoline 1 euro per liter, unlimited mileage. On the first day we covered 153 km.

23.08. 2018 LORO PARK. We left the hotel after breakfast. We lived in the south of the island, and Loro Park is located in the north. The road is a fairy tale! A chic autobahn with two lanes and a speed limit of 120 km / h. We arrived at Loro Parque. Loro Park is a zoo, circus and botanical garden, 3 in one. A very impressive park with excellent infrastructure. 18 million dollars have been invested in it, by this figure alone one can already imagine the scale. The animals are well-groomed, the enclosures are landscaped, convenient for visitors to view. All stages for the show are very beautifully decorated. Penguinarium, killer whale shows are designed in such a way that you can watch penguins and killer whales even under water. The performances themselves are very original and interesting. We had a lot of fun and positive energy. The shows last 20 minutes and are held 4 times in one day. You can watch the killer whale show endlessly. I was impressed with the aquarium with stingrays and sharks. The stingrays are simply tame, and the sharks, as if in character, are frisky and aggressive. There is a very interesting section of the park, where nets are stretched on all sides above the trees, and the birds fly as if in the wild. You can walk up the stairs and passages and watch the parrots like in the Garden of Eden. Behind the glass are all animal clinics, an incubator. You can watch everything through the glass. There are not many animals in the park. The main focus is on fur seals, dolphins, killer whales, parrots, penguins. A huge number of cages with various birds along all paths. There is an area where flamingos walk. Pair of lions, meerkats, gorillas, panther. But the vegetation and design of the park is something!! ! I have not seen anything better (in terms of the botanical garden).

After visiting Loro Parca, on the way back we wanted to stop by Playa Jardin beach. We arrived, found the beach, saw with one eye and could not park anywhere. The cars were so dense that we made 3 circles around the block until we said goodbye to the idea of looking at this beach. What we saw is not a large area in the lagoon, tropical trees and shrubs are planted in front of the beach. The sand on the beach is dark. Looks like a Garden of Eden in front of the ocean. Photograph failed.

After returning to the hotel and having a delicious dinner, we decided to walk along the Embankment to the Golden Mile. It is relatively far from us, but, given the movement during the day by car, it is real. On the Golden Mile there are shopping centers, bars, restaurants, casinos, singing fountains and the Hard Rock Cafe, which regularly hosts flamenco shows. The very structure of the Hard Rock Cafe resembles a theater, so pretentious and grandiose. The Golden Mile looks very impressive, a beautiful resort promenade. Everything glows, even palm trees in garlands. The accumulation of branded stores, boutiques. You can watch the fountain show from the 2nd floor of neighboring buildings. The show starts on time 2 times in the evening. Very party place. We liked. We even bought some from the stores.

Upon returning to the room, we drank chilled local wine on the balcony of our apartment. We admired the vibrant nightlife of Las Americas from the 11th floor and enjoyed the mild climate of Tenerife. The day is warm, but not exhaustingly hot as in the summer in Egypt or Turkey. And in the evening it is comfortable, even light sweaters can be omitted. Not cold. . . August. . .

24.08. 2018 TEIDE. We decided to try again to get to the Teide lift. We left the hotel at 9.00 at 10.15 and arrived at our destination. We successfully parked (there are not so many cars yet) and went to get tickets. No problem took tickets for 12.20 funicular. We walked around the neighborhood, returned to the car, changed into warmer clothes, took sweaters and went to the lift. The day is cloudless and hot. Clearly on time we climbed to a height of 3550 m and so it turned out not to be as cold as we expected. Either the weather is calm, or August is affecting, but you can walk without jackets, just in T-shirts. The territory of the national park in this place is a path (relatively speaking), paved with pieces of solidified lava. You can only walk on these paths! We tried to get off the path and take a photo closer to the edge, but an angry Spaniard ran up and started to scare us with a fine of 200 euros, since this is the territory of the Teide National Park, it is under the protection of UNESCO. We explained that we did not know and did not see any warning signs (they are really located further). The day turned out to be cloudless and you can even see the coast with coastal towns from the height of the volcano. After walking for half an hour, we enjoyed the scenery, saw enough of the pieces of solidified lava around and decided to return, because the route that day we planned was busy.

Next, we headed along the highway towards the forests of Esperanza near the village of the same name. The road is a mountain serpentine, along the way there are several miradors. Stopped near the "lunar" landscapes. Feeling like it's not the planet Earth or the scenery for the movie "Star Wars". Against the backdrop of the Teide, the observatory is also very beautiful. Passed various rocks, cuts of rocks. The road is winding and the picture outside the window changes so abruptly that it is simply unbelievable. The next turn is new landscapes with completely different vegetation, the rocks are painted in different colors. This is where I believed in the colorful sands on the island. We have just been driving and admiring the "Mars", the next turn and we are already in a relic forest with very dense vegetation. Tall pines close over the road, in some places overgrown with moss. Ferns, eucalyptus thickets. A similar picture was in "Jurassic World". Indeed, it seems that around the corner you can meet a dinosaur. Having passed several picturesque miradors, we drove up to the capital of Tenerife, Santa Cruz. In the capital, we visited the square near Auditorio de Tenerife, Plaza de Españ a. We walked around the streets of the city for a bit. We went to several malls. In Zara, I could not resist and bought a new thing - August sales are very captivating! Zara and Benetton at bargain prices. Even at this resort, perfumery and cosmetics shops are widespread. On all floors in shopping centers and in any busy place. You can find it by smell (you don't have to bring perfume with you). The capital itself made an impression - a coastal port city with a modern infrastructure with many alleys, avenues, shopping centers, cafes, restaurants. It is worth visiting, but I would not want to rest in such a place. It is very reminiscent of the rest of the bustle of the city.

Then we headed towards Las Americas (to Los Cristianos), with a stop on the way to the very picturesque town of Candelaria. The town itself is located right next to the autobahn. It is very easy to navigate in it and find the very square in front of the first church in Tenerife - the Church of the Holy Basilica and the embankment with statues of the kings of the Guanches. We got there around 19.00 and heard the ringing of bells in the bell tower. The church is quite high, painted in light beige tones, majestically rises above the square. The area is surrounded by two-story houses with wooden Canarian balconies. So expressive and colorful! The atmosphere in the town itself is so peaceful and friendly. We were enchanted!! ! Didn't want to leave! A picturesque embankment, houses like toys, the ocean rolls onto the shore with black sand. Highly recommend to visit. The impressions are amazing!! !

08/25/2018 SEAL REST. In the morning after breakfast we went to the swimming pool. After their stay, hotel guests left inflatable toys - a swan, circles, donuts. Now they are used in the pool by everyone. We had a great swim in the pool, although the hotel provides sun loungers, but there are no umbrellas. As soon as the sun turned around and began to bake, we went to the room. We drank cold wine with jamon on the balcony and went to Siam Mall (across the road). Tomorrow we are moving to another hotel in La Caleta, and we have not yet explored all the significant places around the hotel. There are sooo many shops in Siam Mall, it was not possible to get around everything. Prices are less attractive than in the same stores in Santa Cruz. In Zara, for example, everything is more expensive.

After a walk along Siam Mol, the heat subsided a bit and we decided to go to the beach. But not on Troy beach, but nearby located at the H10 hotel. The beach turned out to be as convenient as Troy. What the guide was talking about proved to be true, experienced first hand. Entrance to the ocean on the rocks, sooo not nice!! ! The area around the beach is beautiful. And the ocean is very warm. So the conclusion is that Playa de Troya is the best beach in Las Americas.

In the evening - the last walk along the Las Americas embankment to the Golden Mile. From Ponderosa to the "mile" can be reached in several ways. One we found shorter runs between houses and hotels, and the second along the embankment. It takes longer along the embankment, but the road is smooth, there are no descents or ascents, given the local terrain. Walk for 20-25 minutes at a fast pace.

26.08. 2018 RESETTLEMENT TO JARDIN CALETTA. In the morning we splashed in the Ponderosa pool, enjoyed the last hours in Las Americas. At 12.00 we handed over the room, got into the car and drove to La Caleta. Drive 15 minutes maximum. We arrived, parked and immediately went to Caleta beach to wait for check-in (check-in at 14.00 according to the rules). The beach was amazing!! ! This is where you can feel the power of the ocean!! ! There are no breakwaters. There are no stones at the entrance, there are small pebbles. But they are not particularly annoying when entering the water. Only when the ocean is rough, the wave can hit these pebbles on the legs. I tested it myself. So with a yellow flag, I do not advise you to stand in the water on the shore. Traumatic. But how beautifully the ocean rolls on the sand !! ! Long waves. Even surfers try to catch them in this place. The sand is dark when it gets wet it turns black. The biggest advantage of this beach is that it is right next to the hotel. You can run to the room without tension if necessary. After lunch, paragliders land on this beach. The village itself is essentially a remote area. The hotel seemed to us more comfortable than Ponderosa. Its concept is very similar to the Turkish-Egyptian hotels. Animation, swimming pools, restaurant, bars, mini-disco in the evenings. Hotel for a typical family holiday. Young people can be bored here. But the level of the hotel is higher than the previous Ponderosa, you can feel it right away.

At 14.00 we were told the good news “the apartments are ready” and we settled in. Number A357 - SUPER!! ! Review the hotel, see the appropriate section, I will not repeat.

The "fishing village" of La Caleta in appearance turned out to be completely different from what I imagined it to be. Rather, a resort village with continuous apartments, hotels. Each courtyard has its own small pool. The paths are perfectly smooth and clean. The houses are as colorful as everywhere else, painted in light or white colors, tiled roofs. From the roof of our hotel, you could see almost the entire village. It is not big and very comfortable. Apartments in it for every taste and every style. Nearby Flamingo Resort apartments are like from Hollywood movies. I've never seen anything like it. Real deluxe conditions for relaxation. Pathetic and pretentious. Everything is done in high-tech style, smooth shapes, display windows, not standard sun loungers. Even your own spyglass on the balcony. In the village there are less luxurious, but more comfortable, landscaped courtyards with bougainvillea bushes, oleander houses with tiled roofs. In general, there are no fishing nets on the shore, gray, rickety houses in the village. In reality, everything turned out to be very comfortable and beautiful! The atmosphere in the village is very calm, conducive to a quiet family vacation. Not at all like in Las Americas, a solid mover and parties. I haven't decided yet where I like it more. But it's definitely different here.

08/27/2018 Trip to LOS GIGANTOS. We decided after breakfast to take a car and go to the town of Los Gigantos on the very beach of Playa de La Arena with the blackest sand. This is a very picturesque coastal town, I noticed it back in our last visit to the mirador with the Los Gigantos rocks. We walked for a couple of hours along its streets, photographed the rocks from different angles. Fortunately for us, there are clouds in the sky and walking around the city is not so hot. And at the same time, the clouds emphasize the height of the rocks themselves. Along the coast you can see natural pools in the rocks, in which you can also swim. They are not deep and due to this, apparently, very warm. They are the best way to consider the purity and transparency of ocean water. One of Tamara's local cafes has a lively corner. Canaries, a toucan and a talking parrot live in it. The parrot says “Ola! ” very clearly, which attracts the attention of passers-by. Many passers-by come to take a look at this miracle of nature and thereby make the cafe's revenue. And when you start to communicate with him, he grimaces - he begins to answer you with your own voice and intonation. Artist! We spent more time at this cafe than expected. This is what smart marketing is all about! We reached the pier with boats, yachts, boats. The boy on the pier brought a bun and began to throw it into the ocean, feeding the fish. Many different fish swam. Some were quite large, not attractive gray, but there were also bright coral fish. We stopped to look, the water is very clear. Even through the depth the bottom is perfectly visible. And then, to our surprise, a huge Atlantic butterfly ray swam right along the bottom in front of us !! ! I didn't believe my eyes at first. I have never seen such a huge slope, it was a meter and a half in diameter, as we could determine. It’s a pity I didn’t have time to photograph him, I was paralyzed from surprise.

After walking around the town, we returned to our car and went to the Playa de La Arena beach. The beach was very beautiful. The area in front of it is paved with tiles, the stairs leading to the beach have massive railings with balusters. There are lawns with palm trees, oleander bushes. All this splendor surrounds a not too big but very pretty coastline with jet black sand. The beach is wonderfully equipped, there are wooden paths, a shower with fresh water. The staff at the beach carefully sweep the paths from the sand, as the sand is incredibly hot!! ! It is impossible to walk barefoot on it, it is very painful, like on a hot frying pan. There are rocks on the left side of the beach. You can take beautiful pictures against the backdrop of rocks and the ocean. When we were there, there were waves and the spray turned out to be unrealistically textured. The ocean really raged and the rescuers began to expel the swimmers from these stones. On all the beaches, I have not seen a single indifferent lifeguard. Everyone constantly walks along the sea line and monitors the order and the situation. If necessary, change the flag and warn vacationers. The very atmosphere on the beach is very harmonious. Beautiful landscape, soft sand, transparent ocean. They say that the sand is healing, but it seemed to me that the place itself was somehow unique. I didn't want to leave from there. It seems to hold and not let go. The reviews say that black sand is not as sticky as light sand, I can’t say that. I had to wash it thoroughly and for a long time (maybe sunscreens, of course, are to blame). Shaking sand out of all the cracks of bags and suitcases continued at home.

On the way back we stopped at Mercadonna, bought wine, jamon and langoustines. Upon returning to our hotel, we had a bite of shrimp on the balcony, admiring the views of the coast and the ocean. We were unspeakably lucky with the room because there was construction going on opposite the other wing of the hotel. I think those vacationers had to put up with this view, and we just enjoy the rest.

In the evening we went for a walk along the embankment to Plaza Del Duque. It is located 2 kilometers from our location. So-so mall. Some brands, sky-high prices, no sales. We did not find anything useful for ourselves there. But at the exit we were met by a fly-by. They very much persuaded us to visit their super-hotel-apartments with a presentation, they promised royal Canarian wine and in the future a practically free vacation in their hotel chain. But common sense kept us from this divorce and we jumped off this topic.

08/28/2018 The last day with the car at our disposal. In the morning we decided to go shopping in Las Americas. Arriving in our "former" district, we felt nostalgia - "life is everywhere"! In La Caleta, of course, it is not so at all. Calm, peaceful and a bit boring. Even to the nearest Mercadona supermarket, you have to drive 5 km by car. Returning from Las Americas, we stopped at Playa Del Duque beach. Part of the beach with gray sand, part - with white. A comfortable beach with pompous luxury hotels around, quite long. There are breakwaters, a gentle entry into the ocean. But the water is kind of dirty. Maybe it happened, but we didn't stay there for long. Our beach in La Caleta seemed better to us.

After lunch we went to our beach near the hotel. The ocean was a little stormy, but the water was warm. Paragliders began to land on the beach. We watched them, sunbathed and went to dinner. After dinner we went to Mercadonna to stock up on wine and shrimp. The rest was gradually coming to an end.

08/29/2018 After breakfast, we decided to go to a rocky cape to visit the cactus, under which the hosts of "Eagle and Tails" hid 100 dollars 6 years ago. Of course, they did not expect to find 100 dollars, it was just interesting to look at this place, especially since it is on the next street. We walked along the streets of La Caleta, studied the area even better, saw something that we had not noticed before. Cactus on a rocky cape since the release of the program is clearly not bored. But the place is really amazing! Thanks to the Eagle and Tails program for such cool photos that we took on that cliff. If it were not for our child's faith in the fairy tale about 100 dollars, we would not have got there in our lives.

Given the car. So interesting... It feels like a glass of water has been returned. The girl in the office took the keys, clarified the parking lot. Said, "Oh, kay, bye. " Everything))) No one examined the car for new scratches, did not check the interior for wet seats. Marvelous))). We returned to the hotel along the promenade, along the beach of Fanabe, Del Duque and our beach in Caleta. The distance is 2.8 km. We walked slowly, the journey took about an hour. Thanks to this walk, we can boast that we have walked the entire promenade from the Golden Mile to La Caleta. Not at once, but we went through and saw everything!

After lunch we decided to go to the beach. The ocean was stormy again. Yellow flag. We camped not far from the water's edge, as the sand is very hot. It was our mistake. . . At one not perfect moment, the wave completely covered our bedding with all the contents, including the phone. All clothes, towels, caps mixed with sand, got wet, in general, not a pleasant feeling. Here is such a water element - the ocean! You should be on the alert.

After dinner we went for a walk along the Embankment. We sat on a bench on Del Duque beach. Some white birds that look like seagulls fly at night. They make such interesting sounds, as if minions are talking... This is especially well heard in La Caleta. In Las Americas, among the music and noise, they were not heard. And here, in peace and quiet, you can clearly hear their "negotiations". They are so funny!! ! People who hear them for the first time stop, raise their heads and cannot understand where the sound comes from. And the truth at first I can not believe that these are birds. You might think that someone's phone. Miracle of nature!!!

08/30/2018 At 12.00 we vacated the room, stayed at the hotel until the evening and left for the airport at 20.40. Summer is coming to an end, and with it our amazing vacation.

In conclusion of my story about holidays in Tenerife, I can say the following... This is a very diverse, diverse holiday. There is entertainment for absolutely every taste, wallet and format. Here you can enjoy a relaxing beach holiday in a hotel on the Atlantic Ocean, you can organize a hike (there are plenty of places for this - forests, mountains, caves, gorges). You can rent any type of transport and ride around the sights. You can shop, go to casinos, nightclubs. And how many interesting and significant places are here !! ! The highest pine tree in Europe, the highest point in Spain, the largest water park, the largest penguinarium, the only killer whale show in Europe and, of course, the one and only Teide volcano with its unique national park. . . And what colorful towns and villages!! ! What a unique atmosphere they have! It's like a collection of the very best!! ! It’s just that before going to this resort, I recommend that you first of all clearly decide for yourself what exactly you want to see and build a recreation format to suit your needs. You definitely need to go here prepared (“Tenerife in Russian” to help). And then it will definitely turn out to be both interesting and relatively “budgetary” to relax. For the people of the post-Soviet space, the Canary Islands are a favorite vacation spot for the "new Russians". I was always wondering, well, what is there "such" in these Canary Islands? After our trip, I realized... I understand the "new Russians")))
