Booked for one night before flying. It so happened that they robbed in Spain - they were left without documents and money. The information about the hotel indicated that accommodation with a child is possible in agreement with the administration. At the time of booking, there were no problems with this, but at the time of arrival. . . the administration requested an additional 30 euros for the placement of a child. They showed the police report, explained that there was no money or credit cards. They said that we only had to spend the night (a small child and my wife were just on the verge of collapse), we didn’t need an extra bed, they said that these 30 euros for the service, they refused to explain for which at first, then they started to invent something about the third towel. After they refused this "service", they simply asked to leave the hotel (there was a voucher for a paid reservation on hand). They refused to call the manager. I don’t know, maybe from the point of view of their business they were right, but. . . go forward in such trifles. . and expel the family with the child to sleep on the street! ! No more feet. . . I can’t say anything bad about the hotel itself, I only saw a not very convenient parking lot, the hotel itself is right on a busy road, maybe spending the night before flying is acceptable. I just urge you to avoid the place where such slush works.
