I want to tell you about an amazing place where I spent my free day in Stockholm. It was Brgyanska Tradgarden, or simply Bergius Botanical Garden. To get to it, you need to get to the Universitet metro station (tunelbana14), then turn left from the exit and go straight for about 10 minutes, past Naturhistoriska riksmuseet Cosmonova and then turn left. In general, the road will lead out and sometimes there are signs.

This garden contains rare plants in greenhouses and outdoors. It is here that the world's largest water lily is located. The first thing that struck me was the wide variety of colors and signs everywhere. I visited the Old Orangerie, where temporary exhibitions are held and there is a summer cafe. Next to it is a small vegetable garden. And the beginning of September is the best suited in general for the acquisition of individual plants and this is the harvest time. In a cafe, I was served food in a wooden plate and with a wooden fork, instead of the well-known plastic ones.

Everyone cares about the environment. I saw an orchid exhibit. There were so many different ones there. Andersson's orangery - a winter garden with a Mediterranean climate and flora from other regions with a similar climate. Year-round blooms of large bright flowers on trees and bushes are amazing. I think this is where I've been the longest. Next to this greenhouse, the flowers in the flower beds are fenced with a net to prevent the rabbits from chewing. The most beautiful water lilies and other aquatic plants, up to flowering duckweed, are collected in the "Victoria's House" greenhouse. These two greenhouses are interesting not only for their plants, but also for their architecture. Andersson's laconic greenhouse and Victoria's openwork house.

Literally a year ago there was a tour at the Labyrinth with an excursion to this Botanical Garden, but now it seems to be gone. Therefore, I took a tour for five days by bus from St. Petersburg to Helsinki, then to Stockholm.

And I devoted one free day completely to the Botanical Garden. There was little information in Russian, and it is difficult to translate some points from English. But flowers, they are flowers. A very diverse flora with a richness of colors and their shades. If there are people here who love the garden, I will be happy to go again for the company.
